  Came here for the first time today to try their hamburgers. Idk what was going on but our server would ask us for refills, disappear and forget about it. Some of the people at my table ordered unlimited appetizers. They brought one round to them, collected the plates and didnt bring their second round until the food was already on the table and that was a long time.They were taking a very long time to bring the food to the table and when they did my fries were cold, flavorless and un-appetizing. My nephews food wasn't delivered until much later because they didn't make it correctly the first time. The resturant was filthy especially the bathrooms. Their was a small child screaming, but that's on their parents but it was irritating. I can now say I tried Buffalo Wild Wings, but we will not be returning.

  I WAS THERE FRIDAY FOR THE SPURS GAME AND THEY NEVER WANTED ME AND MY GROUP OF 3 TO GET US SEATED EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS EMPTY TABLES. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WITH SPURS GAMES. I DON'T MIND WAITING FOR OUR FOOD BUT AT LEAST GET US SEATED ASAP. I WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR WHEN THE HOST SAID 20 MINUTES. BUT I LEFT CAUSE I COULDN'T WAIT ANYMORE.

  The waitress was rude! Smelt like a dirty mop.and service was so slow! Went in for the bottomless special and she told us the first 2 were the 9.99 then they charge seperate after that........um that's not what the special is.

  This place is so nasty and it’s so dirty. It’s disgusting. I can’t believe that the manager would allow this. It’s embarrassing. The bathrooms are dirty. The floors are dirty. The environment is dirty. Everything just looks nasty. We can’t even put the tables together. Servers are holding tables for other people the bad manager made us move tables 4 times. The service is horrible. We tried to talk to the manager, but he didn’t even care. This is the worst service and worst place that I have ever been to and having a feeling that nobody even cares makes it even worse. Do not come here and save your time. This place is dirty and filthy nasty and super unsanitary.

  Horrible staff and experience…went in on 4/21 around 730pm and was told a table for 6 would take 20 minutes…mind you a lot of empty tables there at the time including large sections…. Staff was hanging out in the back with the cooks eating chips and just hanging out on the clock all all phones laughing while us along with other people just stood around waiting for service…we then ask the host at about the 35 minute mark how much longer for the table and her answer…”I don’t know to be honest it just depends” depends on what? lol so we told her y’all don’t look very busy all those empty tables and all of yall hanging out right there and she said yea well we are busy…which they clearly weren’t….Dissapointed and being part of the service industry myself this location is very unprofessional what job lets there employees just eat the food and talk on there phones in plain view of customers waiting to be seated not very smart will definitely stay away from this location
