  Both the service and the food exceeded all expectations. Our waiter, Javier T was great and explaining options and on giving us his opinion when asked to do so. Very much a gentleman as orders and even refilling water glasses is always ladies first. Price is more than reasonable considering the quality of dining. Atmosphere was good. My only personal peeve was the live music from below seemed too loud at times but the music was good. Will be returning here regularly.

  We had an amazing dinner at Brenner’s on the River Walk. The food was delicious from start to finish. I had the Gulf Red Snapper, and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor. My girlfriend had the stuffed crab, and that was amazing as well. We also finished dinner with a delicious cake, which made the night even better. What really brought the whole experience together was our server, Ana. Her service was above and beyond. She was attentive, kind, and made the dinner feel special. We would definitely come back, and next time we’d honestly hope to be seated with Ana again. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service.

  The ribeye was great. the lamb chop was decent. The spinach and mac was really good. Anna was exceptional with the service. The price point is worth the food. definitely recommend. Oh the ambiance on the balcony is what brought everything together. very nice. The do not have parking or valet so if you are in heels you will need to be dropped at the door.

  Location, location, location. The ambience and vibe is great. I changed my reservation time three times and the Staff accommodated without pausing to question. I asked for a table on the patio with a view and they made it haopen. Had lamb chops and a wedge salad. The lamb chops where cooked to perfection. The wedge salad had a blue cheese and some applewood bacon in it. The lamb chops and the salad complemented each other well. The staff consistently checked on us. No bread was my only question.

  As self-proclaimed foodies who are more than willing to spend top dollar for an amazing dining experience, my husband and I were really excited to try Brenner's Steakhouse. We started off strong with drinks and appetizers that absolutely delivered. My husband ordered the Honey Dew, and I had the Tropical Storm — both were fantastic. The quail and Wagyu carpaccio were also incredible and honestly had us so excited for the rest of the meal. For dinner, we both ordered the 6oz Wagyu filet with truffle butter, along with 1 lb of Alaskan king crab to share, plus mushrooms and asparagus sides. Unfortunately, this is where things really went downhill. The steaks were just okay — lacking flavor and missing that beautiful sear you expect at a high-end steakhouse. The asparagus and mushrooms were decent but also underwhelming and needed more seasoning. But the biggest disappointment by far was the king crab. For a market price of $190 per pound, it was honestly heartbreaking. The crab legs were small and severely overcooked. I actually left an entire leg untouched because it was harder to chew than a skirt steak, and drowning it in butter didn’t help. King crab should melt in your mouth, especially at that price point. I debated sending it back, but our poor server got sat with what looked like five tables at once, and he truly was doing his best. Service itself was still good considering how overwhelmed he was. Also, the live singer was fantastic and added a really nice atmosphere. We sat outside, so the flies were annoying, but that’s somewhat expected outdoors. Honestly, had the crab been prepared correctly, this easily could have been a 4-star experience. But when you charge premium prices, especially for king crab, the food absolutely has to match the cost. Our ticket was $513 for 2 people and we tipped 137.89 to end at an even $650.
