  Grabbed some food on pur way to watch the Spurs game with family and while we haven't eaten the food yet, I had to write a review about the exceptional customer service! Vivian was helping get our order out at the 2nd drive-up window and she was beyond friendly and sweet. Everyone in my car was beyond impressed with her, I had to reverse to ask her name so I give her an awesome review! Thanks Vivian, we will definitely be back to see y'all!!😊

  I just went to pick up my order, no curbside, walked up to the register, an employee went front of me to put in an order, after 2-3 mins of talking no order was placed, then the cashier walked away pretending I wasn't there, and just chatted with the other employees, until one of them told her to see if I needed anything, that's when she was like OH, okay what can I get you? then I was a bit disappointed they didn't have strawberry tea cuz I put in the order online, if it wasn't available onsite then the menu item shouldn't be listed on the app. I'm never returning to this location again.

  Went to grab a quick breakfast with my husband, went to lane 2 there was no cars in line and no one came to take our order we said hello TWICE , the excuse at the window was that they sometimes hear the cars and they sometime dont, that is what the MANAGER said. Very rude and very disrespectful, no apologies for the inconvenience just a rude attitude. Please provide BETTER training for your employees as this is some of the WORSR service ive received in a very long time!!!! We simply wanted to use the free offer that we recieved and try yalls items we have had and they were so ugly and made us feel uncomfortable welcomed and unwanted.

  Never had Bojangles, so I decided to give it a shot today since the location is near home. Service and staff were really nice, order was taken smoothly, but unfortunately the food wasn't that great. I wanted to like it. I was looking forward to the biscuits and was disappointed with how hard it was, not soft at all. The chicken tenders are pretty good, I did taste a bit of a spice to it that gave it a little kick. The fries are not great, also dry and hard. Sweet tea is good. Dirty rice was good. I gave it a three star more for the service.

  Today we had to order in a pinch for a work event. We needed 70 sandwiches, fries, and cookies. I called, paid, and was able to picl up within an hour of placing the order. When I arrived, everything was packed up and ready to go. Priscilla was exceptional and provided the best customer service. She was kind and patient. The inside was very clean and had quite a few people in there. As for the food, everyone was excited to try it and nobody was disappointed. The chicken was fried to perfection and the fries were delicious. I believe the managers name was Terence and he was very helpful as well. Thank y'all for coming through for our coaching staff. We will be back soon!
