  Missed it for years, moved from North Carolina almost 20 years ago. We had these up there, and only in last couple years have they been showing up here. I'd put it up there with some of the top chicken chains, if not at the top tbh.

  Low rating for 2 reasons. First, inform customers there is a wait for whatever reason, let the customer choose up front if they want to wait or go elsewhere. Second, had to ask before coming for lunch, if chicken was also served or only tenders. Informed only tenders 😳😩😩😩

  I am writing this review to discuss how lousy and poorly behaved your employees are. At approximately 9:40pm 08/16/26 in the drive through there was a young girl with bangs and short hair who was very rude and unprofessional. Practically tossed me my meal, it was even cold at that.

  If you think this is a chicken place, don’t go there. I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal, but there was hardly any chicken. I don’t even know what they served me. Normally, one piece of chicken is enough to fill a sandwich, but this wasn’t. Because I didn’t get enough to eat, my blood sugar level higher I was very disappointed.

  am beyond disappointed with both the food quality and the complete lack of professionalism displayed by management at this location. I spent over $54 on a family meal that was, quite frankly, unfit to serve. The chicken tenders were so saturated with old grease that every bite left an oily coating in your mouth. The fries were rock hard and inedible. The biscuits were dry, dense, and nothing like the fresh, fluffy biscuits Bojangles advertises. To make matters worse, my order was missing all three ranch sauces I paid for. When I called to give the store an opportunity to correct the issue, the first manager offered to replace only the fries. Shortly afterward, I spoke with another manager, Law, whose response was shockingly unprofessional. Before allowing me to fully explain the situation, he stated he remembered making the order and refused to replace anything. At no point did I claim I hadn’t received my food. My complaint was strictly about the unacceptable quality of the food and the missing sauces. I even offered to bring the entire meal back so he could personally inspect it. He refused and simply stated he was not going to help me. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. I explained that my autistic children love Bojangles chicken tenders, yet they refused to eat them because they were that greasy and poorly prepared. His response was complete indifference. A business can occasionally make a mistake. What defines it is how management responds. In this case, the food was unacceptable, but the customer service was even worse. Law demonstrated a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect for a paying customer. I will not return to this location, and I sincerely hope corporate addresses both the food quality and the conduct of its management team.
