- RERobert escobarJan 10, 20265.0Good going Texas. Once again you’ve ruined another well established brand’s local reputation. I loved this location. The staff was always friendly and I made it a point to visit inside the store. If something was wrong they were happy to correct it. I’ve seen the other reviews and yes I get it sometimes places have an off day or I understand if help is hard to find when the pay is low. But again this isn’t the first time an out of state brand has come to Texas and left. It may be this only store but still there’s been a pattern here. Do better Texas. And this is on both fronts, The customers and the staff.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
