    If I could put no stars or negative stars I really would. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any store much less an ice cream shop! 5/17/26 at 645p My wife, daughter and l went to use a gift card my daughter received for her birthday 3 weeks ago. She was super excited. We walked in and got no greeting by a girl that had reddish hair and tattoos I believe her name was Brenda or Michelle. They had no waffle cones according to Brenda so my wife passed on ice cream. We then asked Brenda if there was a way to check the balance on my daughter’s gift card. She said no we would have to buy something and get the receipt. I was amazed at the attitude, and asked how would that work if we don't know how much is on it to begin with. She replied “then you would have to call.” I sat down and called while my wife and daughter just stood there and waited. The girl left and then returned only to ask “are you ready?” I replied no ma'am you said we had to call so I'm just calling right now. We got the balance and let her know we were ready, as she was making our ice cream a Military Veteran walked in and grabbed 4 tubs of ice cream from the freezer and waited at the counter for someone to charge him. After a few minutes of being ignored he asked Brenda if she ever asks for help or if she was alone? She replied the other girl is busy. Finally, after a few more minutes Michelle came up front huddled with Brenda and then proceeded to help the man. Our ice cream was ready by that time and they huddled again this time Michelle seemed to be upset and walked away so Brenda had to charge us. She did and then stated they were out of receipt paper which baffled me because earlier Brenda stated that was the only way to check gift card balances. I asked if she could write one for us along with providing their names since Michelle finally made her way to the register at that point as well as the corporate office number. She wrote “Bananna Split $9.19 Abiline. I had to write in the date and time. Of course this was met with more attitude from both girls. This will not only deter customers but will definitely cause this store to be closed eventually. Do better Baskin. Please Do Better.

    My husband and I placed a custom cake order on their website for the unicorn cake for our daughter’s 1st Birthday. We placed the order BEFORE NOON the day before. Which gave them more than enough time to make the cake. My husband went to pick up the cake the following day and no cake was made. From what my husband was told was that the unicorn cake was “too much”. If the baker could not fulfill the order I would’ve appreciated a call or an email instead of having the customer show up empty handed. Unfortunately this situation was unprofessional and treated nonchalantly. Nevertheless, they offered us a refund and a a display cake for free. I would never recommend this location!

    This location is constantly out of flavors, which is already frustrating, but today was even worse. I went through the drive thru around 8pm, and they told me they weren’t selling any ice cream for the rest of the night because they were cleaning the coolers. They don’t close until 10pm, so it doesn’t make sense to stop serving two hours early. If you’re open, you should actually be able to serve what you’re known for. Otherwise, what’s the point?

    This man was rude disrespectful and didn’t want to help us and if you don’t like your job then find another job… he stood there acting like we weren’t talking English and we were picking up a door dash order and trying to put in a personal order as well . First he didn’t want to give us wat the customer order which was 2 pints of ice cream understanding one was out but didn’t want to replace the pint so another young man helped us and gave us wat the customer order I was also trying to order some food for myself and he just stood there looking at us like we were bothering him and continue to move soo slowly for watever resaon and I left without ordering for myself bc the customer service is so disrespectful and rude I will not be returning

    This location consistently runs out of multiple menu items. On several visits, I was told they didn’t have what’s listed on the menu. It’s frustrating to go through the drive-thru only to find very limited options available. It seems like there may be inventory management issues, and staff could benefit from clearer communication about what is and isn’t available. I would recommend the owner take a closer look at operations and training to improve consistency. At this point, I can’t recommend this location. Take your business elsewhere. I could not post this review without awarding a star - I reluctantly had to choose 1 star.
