  It was ok. The meat on my sandwich was flavorful but it was scarce. The crinkle cut fries, although my favorite style fry, was not crispy nor warm. My husbands sandwich was piled high but it was a 1/2 lb sandwich. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

  Customer service was poor. Employees were overtly rude without a clear reason. I suppose they aren’t paid much and their attitudes show it. This is a location on a nicer side of town and I would expect folks to be friendlier. Food is still decent although increased quite a bit in price for smaller portions. There was nobody else at the restaurant during lunch time

  Stopped at Arby’s for a quick bite and it was better than expected. The food came out hot, the order was right, and the staff was friendly at the counter. I grabbed a roast beef sandwich and curly fries, and both tasted fresh. It was an easy in-and-out meal with no issues. Sometimes you just want something quick that actually comes out right, and this location did that.

  This is the filthiest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. They don’t take any pride in the cleanliness and appearance of this store. The windows are all dirty. The tables are all dirty with trash on them. They don’t clean anything. The area where the drinks are served, Counters are dirty. Floors are dirty. You can tell they don’t do any cleaning here at all. Air conditioning was not working well so my dining experience was horrible. The entire staff looks raggedy. They don’t look professional, and they don’t look like any of them want to be there

  Never had Arby’s before this experience. I got the beef and cheddar with Mozzarella sticks. The sandwich was hot and tasted good. The mozzarella sticks had a crazy good cheese pull. The staff were friendly and served with a smile. Good team over there. The only thing I would critique is the store itself. It’s pretty dated and is due for a remodel. Peeling window tint, faded paint, damaged drive through sign, etc. I know they say don’t judge a book by its cover but when I pulled up, I almost left because it looked super dingy.
