  Today was an awesome experience. Cason took our order and was chatting with us. I had mentioned we were giving this location another chance because the first time a young man had recommended hot cocoa or lemonade when I asked him for kid friendly options. He seemed bothered and annoyed. Told Cason my daughter was disappointed that time. He was genuinely apologetic for that and offered us a free drink card to make up for that bad experience. I told him I appreciated the good service, him trying to make up for his coworker and loved his personality. I hope he is able to take a break from that hot sun! We will be definitely be back. We ordered the Pink Mermaid fizz soda, strawberry matcha and Toasted Marshmallow coffee)

  Today, I stopped here for my usual White Chocolate Mocha Freeze. Upon speaking with Ms. Eilidh about wanting to try something different, she then gave me some amazing suggestions that I just had to try one!; Ms. Eilidh suggested I try the Blondie Freeze, with Banana Syrup, Cold Foam, and Caramel Drizzle. Might I say, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! It definitely took me out of my “comfort zone”, and had me experience new flavors. Thank you Ms. Eilidh for not only your exceptional customer service, but also for your patience, amiability, communicativeness, and just being so lively!; This new location, was definitely impactful to me. 💙🫶🏻☕️

  I am the luckiest person to have been blessed by this “lucky stand” 7brew!! I was craving a matcha and while in line I got to meet Celine!! She was so amazing. She talked to me while we waited and next thing I know- contractions. The baby was coming. Maybe he also felt the hospitality from Celine and wanted to meet her too? Who knows. All I know is Celine is there yelling “push!” Then handing me my first born son along with that matcha while still keeping the wait time/labor under 2 minutes. I am so lucky and grateful to the “lucky 777” crew! Thank you 7brew from me and baby Lucky Johnny!

  I genuinely never thought a quick coffee stop could change the entire course of my day, but Joslyn proved me wrong. From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with the biggest smile and the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel seen. In a world where everyone is rushing around, Joslyn made me feel like I mattered. She made my coffee with so much care and positivity that I found myself thinking about the experience all day long. I honestly woke up the next morning wanting to go back just to experience that same kindness and energy again. No one at 7 Brew has ever started my day the way Joslyn did. When I told her I wanted to try something new, she recommended one of the lemonades, and it was incredible. If she hadn’t suggested it, I never would have found my new favorite drink. I even bought some to bring into the office! People like Joslyn are rare. She turned a simple coffee run into one of the brightest parts of my week and reminded me how much a smile and genuine kindness can impact someone’s life. 7 Brew is lucky to have her, and customers are lucky to be served by her. 11/10 experience. I’ll be coming back not just for the drinks, but because of Joslyn. I may sound dramatic but this is a different experience from starbucks!

  Honestly, I was pretty disappointed for my first time at Seven Brew. I agree wholeheartedly with the lady about the music being way too loud — I had to shout my order for the kid to hear. And even with no line, somehow she made it seem like she needed me out of her line within the next 30 seconds. If your sentence ends with "anything else" after each item of the two items I ordered, at least act like you want to be there. When I got up to get my order, my drink was hot — maybe I should've specified that when I was ordering, but I wasn't even given the option. Just hurry-up-and-get-out-of-my-line vibes. I even had to ask to make sure what size my drinks were, since I wasn't asked that either. IT'S 95° OUTSIDE!!! Definitely room for improvement at this location. Other than that, the drinks were actually decent. Dutch Bros is better. Edit - If your large role is music I can understand but when you feel like you have to yell to your barista in order for them to hear you that’s beyond ridiculous.
