  I had the best experience this Saturday morning at 7 Brew! Tye took my order and was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Then Heaven finished everything off with excellent service and such a positive attitude! 🙌🏽✨ It’s always refreshing to receive great customer service, and these two definitely made my morning! Thank you, Tye and Heaven, for making my Saturday start off on such a great note. You both were AMAZING! 💚☕️🌟

  Do NOT use the app, and /or walk up to get an order here. I went through line and my wife went to the walk up, as the app said, to get our app order. It was NEVER recieved. I went through the line and she was still waiting. ( i went through line because it said pass through, but they were taking orders there so i had to wait)Then come to find out my order wasn't even there. Was here a good 20 min before I got my order. The absolute worst service and experience ive ever had at 7 brew.

  This was my first time trying their coffee drinks. The girl who served me was nice and provided me with some of her favorites when I asked, so I had no issues with their service. The bad thing was the drink (banana bread mocha) I asked for tasted horrible, I was not even able to drink a quarter of it from how bad it tasted. I regretted not tasting it while I was still in line, because it ended up going straight in the trash. Def not a good first impression but may try again since the service was good.

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew on August 17th and I especially wanted to recognize Cason! From the moment we pulled up, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel personal instead of just another quick coffee stop. Customer service like that really stands out these days. Cason was patient, helpful, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about the customers coming through. 7 Brew is lucky to have someone like Cason representing their team. He definitely made our visit one we’ll remember and is a big reason we’ll continue coming back. Thank you, Cason, for being so awesome and making our day a little brighter! ❤️A&A☕

  I seriously love coming to 7 Brew! Every time I stop by, everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there. The service is always SO fast, which I appreciate when I’m on the go, but they still take the time to make you feel like a valued customer. I also have to give a special shoutout to Adelynn! She was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, friendly, and helpful, and she really made my visit extra enjoyable. And can we talk about the Fizz?! They are one of my favorite things to order because they’re so refreshing, fruity, and fun. There are so many flavor combinations to try, and I love that I can switch it up every time I go. Plus, the prices here are actually really reasonable compared to so many other drink spots. Between the friendly staff, super-fast service, delicious Fizz drinks, and affordable prices, 7 Brew is definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!
