  The staff here is nice, I like that they take their time to talk to their customers. Unlike other places where they make you feel like a bother for just asking if I can add something.

  everyone who works here is so tea and personable like it’s a whole experience going through to get a little drinky drink. not only are they quick but their drinks are so freaking bomb if i was hospitalized i would request my large energy/lemonade with strawberry and raspberry flavor in my iv bag, and i truly believe i would heal faster too 🥹🫰🏼

  Had the weirdest experience today which made me so uncomfortable. Got there & the barista was leaning on my car & that’s never happened before , she leaned into my vehicle even my husband has to move to the right with how close she was and she even looked INSIDE my car. I thought I was being extra till my husband said something. When paying she literally put the iPad on my door. I always come here and no one else has done that .

  slowest location ever, literally waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes and a single car didn’t move up in my line but the one next to me did. The barista then proceeds to take the order of someone who got there MINUTES AFTER me in the other line so I reversed and left. Honestly kind of ridiculous you have that long of a line and no baristas taking orders. I’m upset and regardless if you think it’s over something little it’s nice to go somewhere and have an order prioritized so im not sitting around waiting twirling my hair waiting for my order to be taken when someone who waited less got their order in before I did.

  I enjoyed the coffee however there is a girl who continues to call me “love and babe.” Why do I need a 20ish year old girl to call me “love” and “babe?” I DON’T! And no, it is not southern hospitality and has absolutely nothing to do with it. Why do I need to listen to someone call me “love” 8 times when ordering a drink and then called “babe” after receiving it? Please stop. It is disgusting. It is more respectful to just say “hi ma’am” or just say “hi” or “welcome” and then smile. It wouldn’t be appropriate for the boys to call me “love” or “babe” and therefore it isn’t appropriate for the girl(s) that do it. It’s just an act at this point and I am very tired of it. I don’t want to be rude in the drive thru but next time, I just might have to be because I am very uncomfortable. It doesn’t make me feel loved, welcomed, nor appreciated. If you want to show respect of your appreciation, just hand me a free coffee :) thank you
