  Every time I come here which is almost every day. This location is so confused at what they are to be doing that my order is messed up everything. Terrible service

  I got a burger and there was a piece of a plastic wrapper in the burger. I’ve been trying to get some kind of help on it for a week and not one response, no one has even offered a refund.

  I ordered my food online and went to the wrong one to pick up the food so I called them and they let me know that they would switch out the fries for me how sweet of them so shoutout to the gentleman on the phone thanks for making my parents night

  To start off the cashier Elias was severely incompetent at taking orders. No one knew how to make one of the burgers we tried to order, not sure why? One whole meals was completely wrong even after being told 3 times no veggies and not a single thing was taken off. We had originally ordered for dine in but after being irritated, I went up to the counter and tried to get someone’s attention so their time wasn’t wasted. Stood there for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. When the girl was about to bring out our order I asked if we could get it to go and she rolled her eyes so hard I thought they’d never come back😭. As if it was my fault her coworkers don’t pay attention.
