  The past 3 times my food hasn’t been good l won’t be back. 2 times my fries were burnt, they were so crunchy and tasted old like they were left over and got cold so thy refried them so they were hot enough to give out. This past time my burger was so over salted it was inedible I had to throw it away.

  I THINK INSPECTORS SHOULD VISIT THIS LOCATION ON SHERWOOD and AVENUE N. NOT TO CLEAN . EMPLOYEES LACK UNIFORMS AND CLEAN PRESENCE.

  I ordered at 12:13 AM. Order was promised 12:21. I know those can be inaccurate, so I took my time arriving. After arriving at 12:24, my food still wasn't ready, which is fine, I didn't expect it to be. I waited for 15 minutes, nobody asked me if I had a mobile order, nobody really even acknowledged my existence. I did make friends with a wandering beetle on the floor though. About 12:40 some people walked in, placed a dine in order, and sat down. By 12:52 they had their food! I was still standing there at the front, no acknowledgment, even though I had a mobile order and even showed up late my food still wasn't ready! I visited the bathroom for a moment, and when I returned I found my drink on the mobile order rack, with no sign of food. Eventually I found a seat because I knew my food wouldn't be ready any time soon, and at the very least I could watch the drive thru cars come and go while I waited. Even after another few people came in and ordered their food, they still got theirs before me. By 1:10 AM, another person who came in 10 minutes prior was handed their food by an employee. At 1:15 it had been an hour since I ordered, and I figured there's no way it could really be taking that long. I asked an employee about it when one came out, and he walked away after I asked without saying anything, and I watched him put fries in my bag, and then he brought it to me. Apparently it takes 30+ minutes for a double whatburger with some bacon and large fries. If you value your time or don't care about your time, this is not your establishment. Any of the other locations here will probably serve you 10x better.

  Did a mobile order, curbside pickup and went inside after waiting 10 mins from the time it said on the app. Took another while to get my order, then checked to make sure I had everything I ordered in the bag. I looked at the platter and questioned the amount of egg. And the young girl working at the drive thru said that it was right (one scoop of egg). I think the pictures need to be changed on the app if they are going to start looking like this.☹️

  Coming back to Texas it was excellent the first time. However, depending on staff is a hit or miss. I've dine in and drived through but its never consistent, nevertheless 100% perfer this fast burger spot than any other.
