    Our burritos were so skimpy that there was basically nothing in them just tortilla. We ordered nine burritos. When I called, she didn’t offer to refund my money or ask for proof even. She apologized and said that they were training and she would have them do better, which does not refund my money, or feed my kids with the food I paid for. She offered to only remake half of our burritos in a few days. Poor customer service, poor training, poor service.

    I placed a large order in the drive thru. The woman working the drive thru window was obviously under the influence of hard stimulants. She took my order and missed a burrito. That should be no big deal, except her behavior and slurred and rapid speech and claims to not be able to provide a receipt made me think I should have her repeat my order. That’s when I figured it out. Thankfully I didn’t drive home with all 6 of my kids to have to turn around and drive back. When I told her, she told me “You didn’t order that”. My response was “Yes I did” and her response was “No you didn’t and she was standing here helping me with your order and she didn’t hear it.” I demanded a receipt. The, I’m assuming manager, said I would have to drive around to the back of the line (6 cars behind me at this point) to get the one burrito I had already ordered and they missed. I refused. I paid for the extra burrito. We check the bags to make sure we have 10 burritos and 3 empanadas. They rush us out. We get home, and they forgot the sauce. Wild customer service. Taco Bell should drug test and require more hands on training from corporate moving forward.
