  Such a great sonic! If you’re from San Angelo, you know about the “Angelo water” haha. This is my favorite drink stop and I can’t ever taste the “Angelo water”. Very friendly staff!

  The meat tastes funny n a smell while chewing it. Is horrible. Then we ordered large fries n drinks. Everything got small. The drink was suppose to be large it was a medium size. Fries were suppose to be large an they were small. Not sure if inflation has these restaurants downsizing food portions. Making smaller The new normal an the prices only go up. But the whole experience was horrible. It only bn bout 6 months since eating at a Sonic n we won't be back..

  Today I stopped at Sonic with my daughter and my mom to grab a large sweet tea and some cheese sticks. I had $5 cash on me and the rest on my card. When I explained that I needed to split the payment, the first employee told me, rather rudely, that they don’t do split payments and walked away. Then I met this AMAZING lady named Holly. ❤️ Holly explained that, for whatever reason, they couldn’t split the payment the way I originally asked, but she found a way to help me. She said I could pay for the drink with cash and the cheese sticks with my card. I handed her my $5, and when she told me the drink was only $3, she said, “Keep the rest.” That little act of kindness meant so much to me. 🥹 Sometimes it’s not about the money—it’s about how you treat people and being willing to help when someone is already in an uncomfortable situation. Holly, THANK YOU! ❤️ You were kind, patient, and went out of your way to help me when you didn’t have to. Sonic should be incredibly proud to have an employee like you working for them!   I was having a hard time on the app trying to use my rewards. Went up to sonic to ask for help and Katelyn came out helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with a positive attitude and excellent communication as well as customer service. She was a big help and super friendly someone give that girl a promotion!
