  I’ve always enjoyed going to this Pizza Hut bc I had never had any issues but the last few times I’ve ordered carry out, I always specify that I want light sauce on my pizza but the workers do the COMPLETE opposite and put a LOT of sauce. The manager Brandy has reached out to me via email but never responds back to me to make things right. Definitely do NOT recommend going to this Pizza Hut bc the workers don’t care.

  There are pizza nights… and then there are this kind of pizza nights. 🍕✨ I just had to shout out the Pizza Hut on Knickerbocker because they are seriously doing something right over there. Every single time I order, the food shows up hot like it just left the oven seconds ago, the cheese is perfectly melted, and everything actually looks like someone cared when they made it. No sloppy toss-together boxes here, just straight-up quality. Tonight was no different. The pizza was on point, the breadsticks were golden and buttery, and those wings? Let’s just say they didn’t stand a chance. 😄 But what really made the experience stand out was the delivery driver this evening. So pleasant, so kind, just one of those people who leaves you smiling after a quick interaction. That kind of service matters. To whoever is working at that Knickerbocker Pizza Hut… keep doing exactly what you’re doing.   I really enjoy coming here for the lunch buffet. The food is good, but what I really appreciate is the lady who works the register. She’s always so pleasant to everyone and goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. The world needs more people like her and so I’m happy to support her employer.

  Last week I spent almost $50 bucks on my family for some food, I ordered it at 9:18pm didn't get the food until almost 11pm the 2 pizzas were soggy and cold. The breadsticks were stale and cold.The only thing that was good was the wings and the two liter dr pepper i made a complaint last week. Still haven't heard nothing back no. Refund, no nothing.This place is a joke.Y'all didn't even have a delivery driver for me, y'all use doordash smh!🤦🏽‍♂️ dont order from Knickerbocker location!!!
