I was helped out by this nice young lady, she was very helpful as it was my first time coming into the store; by giving me recommendations on what to get. I believe her name was Olive or Olivia and she truly heightened the experience I had. 10/10 experience would recommend on coming back again

- LCLawson CollierJun 1, 20261.0Great tea but teenage staff needs a meeting on customer service and keeping the place clean. Came in on 6/1 about 7pm for a tea after dinner and whole place was covered in water and melted ice. Ice machine was overflowing at the bottom with excess ice, the ground was disgusting, the lids were all mismatched and no straws were available and the sugar shaker was empty. I can look past all of that until I politely ask “Hey the sugar shaker is empty do yall have anymore since my partner isn’t a fan of Splenda?” The red haired lady goes “So you want like a cup of sugar or something..?” Confused I said sure and assumed she would just grab a refill but no it was a literal cup of sugar instead of just refilling the shaker 😭. The sarcasm and lack of care in that place is astounding. Hiring younger people and high schoolers is great and all, but at some point there has to be a meeting in which your trained not to be snarky for a job where you make tea all day. Not to mention I only saw one person doing any work and the two at the front just sat on their phones and acted like we interrupted them when we just wanted some straws and a simple refill for the products at the lids table 😭☠️.
