One even asked my wife why she didn’t just learn how to use self checkout if she only had a few items. * when did teenage grocery store workers become unionized (or think they are anyway). * Stand there and watch me check out my own groceries and even critique me and tell me how some customers are just too stupid to use the self checkout. * I’ve lived in the Bluffs since this was built and the corporate manager overseeing the new store was my neighbor and he had this place built and running like a top. Since he left for the DFW area this place has went straight to shit. NO MORE SELF CHECKOUT FOR ME! If your other lines are too long and I have 20 items your express line can do it or I’ll just leave the shit in the basket for your union workers to re stock. You guys want to play games, I can play games too. Walmart/Sams is right across the street I can get my shit there or go across town (I do own a car).

We were behind about six people grabbing carts in front of us when the cart boy hit me and my daughter with the line of carts. I addressed him saying “I get it jobs are important but you can be running into people holding their kids” his response very unapologetically “ you were in the way” and “you can go complain to a manager”. Extremely unprofessional. I get it people have a job to do but even with it being a busy supermarket people still need to be situationally aware of people and there kids.
