- WFWilliam FarrAug 9, 20261.0Very disappointed. Walked into HEB holding my daughter in my arms. We were behind about six people grabbing carts in front of us when the cart boy hit me and my daughter with the line of carts. I addressed him saying “I get it jobs are important but you can be running into people holding their kids” his response very unapologetically “ you were in the way” and “you can go complain to a manager”. Extremely unprofessional. I get it people have a job to do but even with it being a busy supermarket people still need to be situationally aware of people and there kids.

Her name is Sabrina L. I will admit we had 5 items over the 15 item limit. I am sorry for that. I was not paying attention. She could have nicely said that next time I needed to pay attention and I would have said "Got it". Instead Sabriba came off with an attitude and started throwing out items down the conveyer belt as she scanned them. I had to catch the glass bottles before they would hit the end of the conveyer belt. She didn't even have to bag the items. I did most of the work on that. When my wife asked her to stop throwing our items she argued with her.

Now within an hour or two getting my order I’ll have the rest of the items that I needed because James was very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you!
- DTDonald TurnboJun 25, 20265.0Ayanna was absolutely the best cashier ever thing From the greeting To telling the baggers, I need everything in a bag after they were ignoring her lol 😂 then helping us with the wheelchair cart out side even making sure my Elderly Father got into The vehicle she did every thing from cashier to bagger To helping us outside Ps One of the baggers Name tag said management team and was too busy talking to other employees about TV shows and then making sure the customers were getting everything they need
