- JPJa P4 days ago2.0Long-running joke at this store for years with my family. Anything that we purchased they take off the shelves. We now literally only by a handful of items there. I think the goal is to get it so we don't show up at all.

I went to spend my WIC benefits in there and somehow they charged my contactless debit card and the customer service lady said she cannot refund me because i wanted to shop with WIC 🙃 it took me hours to explain them just to refund me a keep the groceries, I honestly wanted to shop in another store. The manager kept saying "we dont do this with WIC, this is the last time im doing this" 🙃 blaming me for an error that wasnt my fault ... at the end she refund me $70 and charged $88 on the WIC to them make me pay $23 with my debit card... out of a $108 shopping, so never shopping here specially if you have WIC, worst customer service.

I waited over an hour to get my groceries and the only thing the manager could think about were his slightly pricier products. I believe it is needless to say, but this HEB does not care about it’s customers. I am beyond frustrated, and will likely not be back.
