  Went through the drive through yesterday. Ordered a 4 piece chicken basket. All four pieces were RAW, found out after I chewed it. I am disgusted.

  It took forever to get my food. When I finally received it the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. The restaurant was also filthy.

  HORRIBLE. i waited 20 minutes for a KIDS meal and they didn’t even put cheese on my burger when i specifically asked for only meat and cheese…and i asked for a side of jalapeños and charged me 1.49$!!!! never coming back.

  The employees are really nice but it’s always very very slow. Expect to be in the drive thru for upwards of 30 minutes, and the same wait time inside. Doesn’t matter how many customers are there, the wait time is always very long.

  Slowest drive-through ever. Response to DQ- I probably will, I love your steak fingers! We were stuck in the drive-through for over 25 min with the line not moving. My wife went inside to find a lobby full of customers and only 2 employees working. They said it would be an additional 25+ minutes before they could start on the order. We informed the others in the drive-through what we were told. Sadly, we all drove off as we were late to our game. That being said, I will be back for the steak fingers, but I will check the drive-through and lobby to avoid being stuck in line.
