  Very terrible experience I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash and it took them so long Several dashers left which led to my order continuously being reassigned dashers. I called up to the store multiple times and the first time they told me they were about to hand it to the dasher, I never received my order, another dasher was assigned i called to let them know they were there to pick up my order and they said the dasher walked out, he seemed emphatic about the situation because at this point I’ve been waiting over an hour. The last dasher came and got my order and successfully delivered it my honey honey butter chicken biscuit was stale with a funny odor, the hash brown sticks were crumbled In the bag and they only gave me two of them and my sprite was carbonated water. When I talk to my DoorDash, she explained that another customer was going through the same thing. This store moves very slow and has horrible times and when you finally get your food, it is not hot fresh or what you asked for this is not the first time this has happened and it needs to be addressed. Whoever worked night shift on September 27 2026 between the hours of 1:30Am and 3:30AM This is the timeframe it took for me to receive my food! The very first dasher they had assigned to my order waited about 25 minutes until they left.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JAYCE!!! Give this man a raise! 👏🏽😂 I had a special request/accommodation with my order, and Jayce went above and beyond to make it happen for me. He was kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help—which is SO appreciated because great customer service like that can be hard to come by! It may have seemed like a small thing, but it absolutely made my night. Jayce, thank you for taking care of me and making sure I left happy! Whataburger, y’all have a good one with him! 🧡🍔 10/10 customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really good experience at Whataburger. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. My order came out right, and everything was made well. The service was also really good. The employees were friendly and helpful, and I didn’t have any issues with my order. They were respectful and made the experience easy. The atmosphere was nice too. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and felt safe while I was there. Overall, everything went smoothly and I had no complaints. Definitely a 5-star experience. Good food, good service, and a nice environment. I’d definitely come back.

  Horrible service here I waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. I went to the second line to order my food and multiple cars passed me up, causing me to have to place my order online because no one was taking my order. They were only taking orders from the first line if the drive-through does not work, the speaker does not work. They need to put a sign up.

  Mens restroom had no soap or soap dispenser. Could clearly see where dispenser used to be on wall. Absolutely disgusting to think that employees are using that restroom then preparing your order. Also the fact that customers are touching things in the restaurant without being able to wash their hands correctly after using the restroom. Glad I didn't order anything from here.
