  I come to this Saginaw McDonald’s almost every morning for a sandwich and iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle, and my order is wrong most of the time. I’m always polite about asking for it to be fixed, but lately the service and consistency have gotten pretty bad. Hoping management can focus more on order accuracy for regular customers.

  Placed a mobile breakfast order and sat in the drive-thru line, only to be told at the speaker that breakfast had “just ended” and they couldn’t make the order. If the order was already placed and paid for while I was in line, it should still be honored. The frustrating part is wasting time waiting just to get turned away at the speaker instead of being told sooner or having a better solution offered.

  How is a fast food restaurant take my money and then be shut down due to the water. Everything else was open even sonic I need my refund even if it’s $15. The number provided forwarded me to the store off of Basswood

  Our order was missing a breakfast sandwich. The "big breakfast" was spilling out of the container. Someone closed the lid on the pancakes and left it like this. The food spilled everywhere.
