- HBHarith Bouhaddioui3 days ago1.0Firstly I ordered 2 bowls and was charged 13 dollars over, when I got home I found out that the rice was either stale or undercooked. Which if you didn’t know makes it hard as a ROCK. Inedible!!!!! Very disappointed.

With that said, this is the last time I will waste my time with online orders with this place. The people working don't take pride in their work nor are they motivated to hit the time in which the app allows you to choose the pick up time. I would even venture to say their management staff is not firing on all cylinders as this is a reoccurrence problem. Food is extremely dry, ask for extra this or that and its like they see extra and half. Just a horrible experience. I will travel further to avoid this restaurant and get a better experience with the amount of money I spend with this restaurant....or I will just go another franchise that is not Chipotle. Can't be hard to look at an order and make it like you're making it for a family member.
- LHLisa Hall5 days ago1.0We tried to go get lunch after church and as the worker is asking us what we wanted she tells us they have no vegetables cooked…now mind you it was 12:30 pm…they had about 4 pans sitting there all chopped up but not cooked…so she goes and throws them on the grill…in the meantime she puts my beans in the plate and makes my quesadilla and lets it sit by the register uncovered getting cold and then other customers were walking by coughing and sneezing all over ah and let’s not forget the flys… Now my Husband was standing there waiting on getting his food made because there were no vegetables and another worker Tall big guy says if you’re not going to order go sit down…not even polite…the line gets long and once they got the vegetables done they just continued to help the customers in line and just ignored us. Needless to say we walked out.

Our quesadilla was very bad cut looks like it was bitten , our burrito fell all apart and had a hair on it. I ordered a sofritas veggie bowl and it came mixed with chicken in it. We didn’t even get straws or utensils. Will not be ordering at this location again. Step it up.
