  Night crew is a joke. Placed an order at 9:59PM for pick up in the drive-thru. Sat in the line until 10:55 PM to get my food. When I got to the window - one girl is sitting there doing nothing, then sat on the ground for 5 mins. The other employee is just walking in circles. I knocked and windows and asked what’s up with the response “we have to make guac as we are out”. This is by far the worst experience ever here and most of the nights I come it’s not any better.

  i came in for a bowl tonight, worse experience up front wow… just kidding lol. xavier was cleaning the front area when i walked in, immediately greeted me, asked if i had any questions, then offered me a sample when i asked about the honey chipotle chicken. he was good on the portions as well to chipotle standards , we also had a couple laughs while he served me.. mckayla the cashier was also helpful with the drinks , she also referenced my name to the classic friday movies, so 5 stars for her service on that alone , xavier joins the 5 star grading too. keep it up guys i’ll be back just because of their performance.

  I freakin hate going to chipotle these days, I don’t know why I continue going. They never have steak ready and they get some from the drive thru side and it’s always nasty looking like it’s been sitting there for hours (so don’t order pickup) and then it’s never much. Why am I paying $13 for this lame burrito 🙄 I hate it here

  The service and food at this location is very poor. Tonight we ordered dinner to go and no one was processing the orders. The girl in the drive thru line was talking to the customer ahead of me and he was telling her how bad the service and food was for him. I went inside and no one was working on the orders. All the workers were standing around talking and when I asked for the manager he could care less about my concerns. Our meals were thrown together in a sloppy way and some of them had the wrong ingredients.

  This location is terrible. I ordered our meal 15 mins before arriving, when we arrived it wasn’t ready yet, and after finally getting the food, it was freezing cold to the touch. In our bowl there were a total of 3 pieces of chicken and only half full. The burrito was a decent sized one but the whole bottom half of it was literally cold as ice. The chips and queso we received had 10 chips, all of which were stale. Do not come to this location.
