  My husband and I came in at around 9, workers didn’t seem to care much about us when we walked in. I guess some of the workers had friends hanging out with them and they thought it would be funny to fling a over cooked tortilla around the restaurant and it hit my husband. No one apologized and they all just laughed about it, not to mention they had no carnitas or guac on the line. Very disappointing experience, usually when we go it’s good but today it was unacceptable hopefully upper management reprimands this type of behavior in the future.

  Never order for drive through pick up here. I waited over 30 min in line, went inside and they hadn’t even made my order yet - by that time it was 40 min after expected pick up time. They were also out of tortillas. I’m unsure if they are under staffed or just don’t care but to be that behind after the store just opened for the day is pretty crazy. There weren’t even more than 3 customers inside/in line. This isn’t the first or even second time it’s been like this.

  Chipotle used to be great 😭 Now all the locations are understaffed, never have enough of their staple foods rice/ guac / chips, its so unfortunate. This location will actually give you plain white rice and smashed avocado and call it guac.

  Don’t waste your time coming here. They’re always out of stuff, and the staff doesn’t care at all. You can tell from the other reviews this store has a huge employee integrity problem. A month ago I waited 35 mins in the drive-thru and still had to go inside the store for another 20. Yesterday, they made us park for 30 mins because they were "out of steak” for our mobile order. We walked inside after waiting and steak was sitting right there getting served to everyone else! The girl didn't even apologize, made our bowls right in front of us, and barely put any food in them. AND THEN GAVE ME CHICKEN! DIDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER RIGHT TO PUT THE STEAK! and no guac and no queso..something i paid for. Lazy, terrible service, and skimpy portions. Avoid this place. I am going to the Qdoba down the road from now on.

  I stopped by around 2:30 p.m. to grab food for my wife and me, and the restaurant was completely empty. There was only one employee in the back preparing food, and I stood at the counter for about three minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally got to order, I realized they were out of almost everything—rice, proteins, and vegetables. The only items left were some beans that looked like they had been sitting there for quite a while. I ended up having to wait for multiple items to be cooked because they weren’t just out of one thing—they were out of nearly everything. When I was about to pay, I asked for a side of vinaigrette dressing and the employee told me that they didn’t have it because they didn’t have time to make it this morning. Overall, the restaurant seemed very disorganized and could definitely benefit from better management. I’d rather drive the extra 8–10 minutes to the Lake Worth location, where the service is consistently smooth and the food is always ready. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
