  This place has it all. Fresh Mediterranean with all the toppings and sauces. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, good prices and great quality food. It is the Chipotle of Mediterranean. So good. And they have an app for rewards that works! We will be going back for sure.

  Ordered Cava online for pickup and it was a mess. Some toppings were missing and one bowl had the wrong ingredients completely. Rice was undercooked and the to-go portions were small. I don't like it. Won't be ordering pickup from here again.

  We have eaten here multiple times and always have amazing service from everyone. But in particular, YENSIS is amazing. She’s always smiling, helpful and encouraging to our group. That’s why we keep coming back here. If you want healthy, great food, come Cava. If you want great service come to this Cava and have YENSIS serve you! 😊

  Today is my 3rd time to Cava, and every time has been awesome. Yenisis has been so nice and allowed me to sample a couple of things to help me decide on what I wanted. She helped explain how to order and made some recommendations and they were all great!!! Thank you, I will be back

  I’ve been to this CAVA on Old Decatur four times now, and every single experience has been excellent. I already love CAVA as a whole, but if you’ve had the same frustrations I’ve had at other locations—incorrect orders, missing ingredients, light portions, or long wait times—this location is absolutely worth trying. In all four visits, they have not gotten my order wrong once. Everything I’ve requested has been included exactly as ordered, and they’re consistently quick. If I place an order for a specific pickup time, it’s usually ready several minutes early. Even when I walk in and order, I’m not waiting around forever. I’m not sure if the road construction or reduced traffic in the area has anything to do with it, but whatever the reason, this team is ON IT. Another thing I really appreciate is the portion balance. At some CAVA locations, I feel like the base—especially the grains or greens—can be a little skimpy. I personally want a substantial base with plenty of protein, rather than having the protein completely overpower the bowl. This location consistently gets that balance right. And if you haven’t tried the Balsamic Salmon bowl, do yourself a favor and try it. It’s SO good. I also asked them to make sure the salmon was cooked well-done, and they did exactly that, which I especially appreciated while pregnant. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with this location. If you’ve gotten tired of CAVA because you’ve had frustrating experiences at other locations, I’d honestly give this one a chance. Four visits in, and they’ve been fast, accurate, generous with portions, and consistently great. Definitely my favorite CAVA location so far!
