  The roast beef was awful. I’m not sure if this the new way Arby’s will be making the “shaved” roast beef sandwiches but this was disgusting!! Ordered a double double and 1/2 pound classic roast beef. We got 2 sandwiches with Walmart deli meat folded into some mushed up bread. One star is for the fries, Arby’s sauce and ketchup. I left feedback to the link provided and have not received a response. I do NOT recommend wasting your money here. Photo of the half pound received vs advertised

  I seldom read reviews and never leave one, but felt it necessary today. I actually read the negative reviews, but decided to chance it anyway. I ordered a double beef and cheddar and only took one bite. It was disgusting. The beef tasted burnt, which I didn't know was possible. I didn't even try to drown it with Arby Suauce it tasted so bad, I was afraid to eat it.

  We went and got a beef and cheddar, French dip, chicken strips, fries and 2 drinks. The fries and chicken strips were good but the roast beef on both sandwiches was disgusting :( it was super grey had no flavor and I ended up puking once I got home because I got so queasy idk if the meat was expired or what they cooked it in was super old but it was BAD :( the Dr Pepper was fine but the unsweet tea was also disgusting :( it tasted like multi day old on the verge of spoiling tea :( I had been craving Arby’s for the last few days having not eating at one in a long while and this experience has made me not want Arby’s at all ever again :( if I’m craving roast beef sandwiches ever again I’m just gonna make it at home :( this was sooooooo disappointing :( especially for spending $30 :( lesson learned :(

She was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her high level of hospitality and care truly set a standard for excellence, and she made the entire visit memorable.   I can't believe I paid $33 for this meal... Absolutely horrible, texture of the meat for the cheese steak sandwich is chewy and what i can only describe as gristle also the bread was soggy and the fries cold and stale But then the beef and cheddar was literally just slopped together. This food was made with NOT one care in the world and honestly why should the workers care, their wages are probably only enough to cover the gas they use to come to work and pay for the same crap food they give us. It almost feels like a bad joke at the expense of the customer but the only ones laughing is the staff and the corporate big wigs that grossly OVERCHARGE for a colossally inferior "product".. I WILL NEVER eat Arby's after this and every chance I get, I will encourage everyone, to reconsider their decision before choosing to get food from this franchise.. I couldnt eat more than 2 bites and I would very much appreciate a full refund but Im not going to hold my breath.
