  Isaiah was AWSOME he took my order made my food and brought it to my table and it was super hot and fresh and he was very nice to us 10/10 for Isaiah and this Arby’s

  A few months ago, I left a positive review because the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Unfortunately, my experience today was the complete opposite. I went through the drive-thru for dinner, and the food was absolutely disgusting. The roast beef was cut unusually thick, didn’t taste right, and honestly tasted spoiled. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. With how expensive food is these days, this was very disappointing. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered

  Quick & friendly AND they still have tge pecan chicken salad sandwich. Yummy!

  Stopped by to pick up dinner, and Isaiah provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, took our order efficiently, and even helped us carry our order to the car. It’s always great to receive service that goes above and beyond. Thank you, Isaiah! ☺️

  Ordered in the Arby's app. Said food would be ready at 4:22 got to the window and a guy came and said it's not ready as I was telling him no horsey because I am deathly allergic to horseradish he shut the window, it is in my order for arby sauce. We waited for a while and a girl came to the window threw a hand full of sauce in the bag and pushed it out the window to me. No smile no thank you no nothing. We counted and everything appeared to be in the bag. the sauce had fallen to the bottom of the bag so we didn't notice that she just threw horsey in the bag. We got home to eat and it's awful. The roast beef is cut so thick it doesn't taste right on 2 half pounders one tiny thick piece of meat on the 2 roast beef sliders. The 9.79 brisket sandwich is so tiny it's crazy and just looks gross. I will provide pictures. The service was horrible I mean it's rude to just shove a order out the window without at least a smile and thank you. literally the only interaction I had with her.This is not the first time my food has been cold and nasty. This used to be one of the best Arby's around. So out 30.00 because nobody wants to eat the food because it's just not good. I wouldn't have made this review if this was the first time but unfortunately it's not.
