  Store is great! Gas station … not so much. You must pre pay at window.. which is fine. My pain point is cashiers won’t let you use reward points. Disappointing as what is the point of spending money to obtain points if they cannot be used?

  Clean and very organized. Welcoming and helpful staff! I stopped by this location for a couple of last minute items to add to our Father's Day dinner. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Will be back when in the area!

  Update: No one cares. I guess the front end management will continue to teach poor customer service. I’ve shopped at this Albertsons for a long time and have generally had good experiences, which is why this incident was so disappointing. While I was at the customer service desk being assisted by a supervisor, a cart employee came over and asked if “Jay” could be paged because a customer needed help at self-checkout. The supervisor responded by saying, “They’re fine. They can wait. If they wanted help, they would go to a cashier.” When the employee asked again, the supervisor refused and repeated that customers could either wait or help themselves because it’s called self-checkout. What concerned me most was hearing a supervisor openly dismiss customer assistance and repeatedly say customers could wait. It was also uncomfortable to watch an employee be spoken to in that manner while simply trying to help another customer. Supervisors should be leading by example and encouraging good customer service, not discouraging it. I tried calling the store afterward to speak with a manager about my concerns, but after being transferred, the phone rang for a long time before disconnecting. This is the first negative experience I’ve witnessed at this location, and I hope it was an isolated incident. The rest of the staff has always been helpful, which is why this interaction stood out so much.

  I recently ordered 2 platters of chicken crossaints. There was hardly any chicken in them. Mostly head and 1/2 inches f them were egg salad. I go to Albertsons so much and I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. I was so disappointed.
