I understand people can have bad days including workers but there wasn’t any need to be rude to customers over something that could’ve been easily clarified. Especially since at check out she decided to snatch the cake away when my mother was going to pay for it. Extremely innapropiate behavior coming from a worker, Albertsons should do better and not hire people who are going to treat customers horribly.

- WHWyanet HopeMay 8, 20265.0I'll give this store a 5 ask why because of the employer who go out thier way to make sure you are noticed and helped...But I would like to leave a comment for the manger at this location who is very rude and does nothing to show respect for the customer not a hello good morning nothing...But disrespect the employees in front of the customer that are shopping i have multiple time heard him speak down to them and if the employee is helping a customer he makes it a point to let them no they need to go back to work...not even asking if they are being helpful..They deserve better they are hard workers and make the customer feel important...Sorry but that's how I feel everytime i go thier that's why I'm shopping at Kroger now...
