  I don’t usually go to 7 Brew because I normally prefer 151 Coffee since most times I’ve tried 7 Brew the lines are long and the wait takes a while. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t change my opinion. When I first pulled up, the girl taking my order just stood there and didn’t greet me or say anything like “Hi, welcome, what can I get for you?” which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. On top of that, my coffee came out with almost no flavor at all, so I had to come back and let them know, but instead of helping, she just told me to go to the front, didn’t even try to escalate the situation and I had to wait in line again. The girl working up front, though, was super sweet, helpful, and had great customer service, so I do appreciate her. I did get my coffee remade and the second time it was better 😌

  Trudeau calling so I didn't have to write a review, but when you sell out to an automated system, you get the written review.. We went through a little after 5pm on 4/28. I was drinking my coffee, but not really enjoying. Finally asked my husband to try it. I didn't know if the carmel flavor here just sucks, or something else because my stomach was starting to feel funny. My husband tasted it and, yeah, the milk was bad. Again tried to call since we left the area for the evening, but the automated phone system didn't allow me to talk to someone. 👎

  A must try alternative to Dutch Bros and HTeaO. 7Brew is the best of both worlds, the servers are fun and friendly, even while standing out in the heat or on a rainy day. Not many places make me actively want to leave a $3+ tip but the staff here in Saginaw really deserve it. Thank you 7Brew Saginaw!

  I thought long and hard before leaving this review but I hope the principle isn’t overlooked. My wife and I enjoy coming to 7 Brew especially when they are giving away cool keepsakes with the purchase of a drink. In this instance, all my wife wanted was some coasters. Before ordering she asked about the coasters giveaway and they mentioned that they were still available. She ordered a small and a large drink as She wasn’t aware that the coasters were only for 2 medium or 2 large purchase. After paying for the drinks, she got them and then asked if she could get her coasters, the girl responded that it was only if 2 medium or large drinks were purchased. Instead of just doing the right thing and asking my wife if she wanted to upgrade the drink to a medium, she made it seem like it would be an inconvenience to them to do so. My wife is not a confrontational person so she just left. In my attempt to gain some husband of the year points, I flew over there after work and made it there 2 minutes after the deadline of 7pm. Again, instead of taking the opportunity to make a customer happy, they hid behind a “policy” stating that they were very strict about handing them out after 7. I was legit having the conversation with them at 7:02. 2 missed opportunities to just surprise and delight. I don’t think anyone would ever get fired for taking care of a customer. Especially after I explained to them what happened with my wife an hour before I went there. I literally drink 7 brew 4-5 times a week, but after dropping the ball on something that could’ve easily been resolved in my opinion, I think I would not be going back. Just a bit of feedback for the company, empower your employees to be hospitable and take advantage of opportunities to “wow” customers. I think it would go a long way.
