  Angelina was the hostess on 7/21/26. I attempted to call the restaurant to place a pick up order, in which she placed me on hold and said she’d be back in 2 minutes. I then waited for 14 min. She lied and informed me that there was only 1 kitchen staff and just her in the restaurant. I hung up and tried dialing again, in which she kept placing me on hold. I proceeded to call back a total of 15 times and she placed me on hold every time!! Ownership, Please check your records. I had later asked for receipt but she threw it away. she asked another team member (Ruben) to retrieve it. She was on her cell phone the entire time I waited for my food. Completely unprofessional and lack of customer service.

  This establishment plays games; I ordered wings to be delivered the driver delivered it to the wrong address as it was displayed on the picture attached, when I called to tell them about my order they said it was DoorDash problem. I made my order through Wingstop to avoid dealing with delivery drivers yet still had to. Granted this is not the first time this happened. It has happened to me before and they said I will get store credit when I went to order they didn’t remember hence there was no way of tracking the refund. Now again they offered the same and I told them no be cause I lost my money last time and they have the nerve to say they will need to talk to the general manager and it will take 7-10 for them to refund me. Lost a customer for ever!!

  The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. The male employees have never been the issue; my concern is with the behavior and professionalism of the female employees who take customer orders. While the manager Mr. Ruben was kind, professional, and handled the situation appropriately, one of the female employees displayed a very disrespectful attitude throughout the interaction. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it, stated that she was not required to do so, and then walked to the back of the restaurant. It seems as if the manager doesn’t have any self control over them they just do whatever. I have a voice recording of the entire interaction. The cashier who took our order, Angelin, also appeared unconcerned about the situation. She stated that she “didn’t care” if a complaint was filed. During our visit, she was eating outside food behind the counter while on duty and was also using her phone. In fact, it is common to see the female employees who take orders on their phones while working. She also claimed that the district manager told employees they are not required to provide their names when a customer asks. This experience was unacceptable and reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. Every time I visit this location, there seems to be a different issue regarding what employees say they can or cannot do, resulting in inconsistent service. Because of these repeated experiences, I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint and escalate this matter. If it were possible, I would rate this location zero stars instead of one, as my experience was horrible and doesn’t even deserve a single start. I believe this issue should be addressed to ensure all customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
