  Why is there a woman in the back who keeps yelling at everyone? Is she a manager? I hate seeing an old man who is working being yelled at.

  The food was great! They were cleaning the parking lot, so we had to come inside to order, but the service was super friendly and fast. We were in and out within 5 minutes, which is honestly faster than the drive-thru sometimes 😂 They were definitely busy, but everything went smoothly. We’ll definitely be back!

  I was a customer on Friday afternoon around 3:30 and the service was great and food. But while enjoying my food, I overheard a lot of commotion in the back of a young woman yelling at another employee to get of his F-N phone. The f bomb was dropped multiple times. There’s definitely a better way to go about handling this situation and not to belittle an employee in front of the entire staff and customers. I truly hope management handles this.

  I love Whataburger and have been going my entire life. I go to the Sachse location the most as it's close to my home. They changed franchise owners the last few months so the service has suffered some. But the new owner has been very friendly about to explain some of the pains of new employees and ownership, so I really respect that. I'd like to give a shoutout to Dawson who is the friendliest employee there. He's great.

  I’ve had repeated issues at this location with extremely long wait times, poor customer service and making my order wrong. Tonight I placed a curbside order with a stated pickup time of 11:11–11:13, but ended up waiting well past that. I went inside and stood at the counter woth nobody greeting me despite them coming out to refill their friends drinks and walking back in the kitchen ignoring me. When I’ve gone inside for pickup, employees routinely walk past me without acknowledging me, even when I’m clearly standing at the counter waiting for an order. On a previous visit, my food was sitting there and an employee later asked why someone hadn’t given it to me, with his response being that he didn’t know it was mine. That’s exactly the problem no one asked me. This has happened repeatedly, and the service at this location has been consistently frustrating. The young man at the counter tonight is the same one that ignored me the last time I ordered here. Another time recently I stood at the counter patiently telling a new employee multiple times how I wanted my burger- it still came out wrong and I couldn’t eat it. Also that night there was no ice in the ice machine and all of the drinks tasted off. Lastly there was a fly buzzing around tonight. So cleanliness might be a area to focus on as well.
