    Placed a mobile order in the app, applied coupons which brought the total to $0.00. Spent my time and gas to get there to pick up the order, which was explicitly confirmed in their own app. Upon arriving, the manager Mohammed told me that he was "investigating" how I could have possibly gotten an order for free because in his own words, "they don't usually do that." He asked me to pay the full total price before any coupons, so I declined. If they were going to refuse, he could have called my number to let me know beforehand which was in the order information. I specifically also ordered the day before, and set the order to 10:30 so it wouldn't interfere with their morning or lunch rush. So I ended leaving the premade sandwiches there, and decided not to leave the $20 cash tip which I was going to give the hourly employees for their efforts. Was made out to feel like a criminal. Imagine a Walmart employee arguing with a customer over a mislabeled price tag that said a certain steak was $0.00, or the same at McDonald's. It's a sunk cost by that point, and you care more about corporate than your own employees? Y'all don't honor your discounts or app pricing? It's not my fault your app glitched. If y'all want to make this right, let know... I don't want to go on a public crusade on social media, BBB, and other review sites, but absolutely will if need be. Honestly I'm pissed enough to do so already but I'm waiting to see if there will be any resolution.

    Paid full price for a wrap, my go to item from TSC. Menu description says it comes with lite ranch. Wrap came with no ranch, but with salsa. Were they out of ranch? I would have appreciated a heads up on the change in the recipe. Maybe I could have tried something different. Or maybe the employee doesn’t know what the menu says? Either way, I’ll be going to the TSC in Murphy moving forward. They seem to be a little more competent.

    I had an outstanding experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Sachse. I ordered a smoothie along with the Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying while still being a healthy option. What truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service. The manager, MJ, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. His positive attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers both high-quality food and outstanding service, but Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Sachse does exactly that. This has officially become my go-to spot for smoothies and healthy meals. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh food, great flavors, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
