  Horrible Customer service. I ordered two drinks on the app and checked in when I arrived . My order was supposed to be ready. Waited for 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me a manager walked by twice and I tried to get her attention. I called the store. Nobody answered. I finally had to get out of my car and knock on the door and a lady answered and apologized, but said she didn’t know how it worked there and didn’t know why it took so long. so it took me 25 minutes to get two drinks and there was nobody else waiting, except one other lady who had to get out of her car and go knock on the door. I guess that should’ve been my first clue. Will not visit this location again. I obviously the staff management needs some training.

  Absolutely the worst location. This location has been garbage for a year or more. Ordered a combo and the only thing that was in the bag was the fries. No burger. Best part is that Sonic replies to each review on here yet apparently does absolutely nothing to correct the issue. At this point I think it is upper management that needs to be replaced. UPDATE: They gave me a coupon for a free small slush. No apology, just a coupon. Great job there.....

  This is the slowest sonic I've ever been to and the poor girl taking orders can hear anything because the speakers are so bad. We waited 30 minutes for our order and it was still wrong.

  This sonic never has 2 things that go together ordered a drink came with this lid on top it was flat! So damn disappointed not to mention my coney came in 2 regular chili dogs which was no problem the problem was when it got to my car the car hop failed to tell me its in 2 parts which then made one hotdog fall out and get everywhere horrible experience
