Went for pickup and they handed my kid just the pizza and a bottle of coke (not part of order) as freebie as they dont have wings. When I went in the guy starts laughing when I question how come no wings are present. He says they ran out and it is my fault that I should have called before ordering wings. I asked for a refund of wings which was promised to be refunded but never showed up. They are stealing people's money.

When I arrived, three different employees had trouble even locating my order. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was finally told my pizzas had barely been started. What was even more frustrating was standing there watching stacks of pizzas being loaded into the oven while nobody provided an update or acknowledged that I had already been waiting. I specifically asked an employee to check on my order after it appeared to have been sitting there unattended, and I still received no sense of urgency or communication. The purpose of pre-ordering a day ahead is to have the order ready at the scheduled pickup time. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly an hour with little explanation and poor customer service. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, organization, and concern for the customer made this experience extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have to go through the same thing.

It takes courage for a young person to seek employment, and they should be met with courtesy and professionalism!!! Regardless of whether positions are available, there is no excuse for treating someone poorly for asking about a job opportunity!!! This interaction left a negative impression on me and reflects poorly on the customer service and professionalism of this location.
