  Junior cheeseburgers were awesome and the tater tots were cooked perfect Have not had any other Sonic in my hometown which we have two lol they suck

  Had been doing better for a while but since some new employees were hired, food is coming out WILDLY incorrect. Most recent example is today, got 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, it took them 20 minutes to bring them out so went home without checking to see if they were right. Finally got home and not only were they COLD and missing BACON, they were missing CHEESE. So I actually got 2 children's hamburgers. Really pathetic that the employees can't even read the order board or don't know the menu at all. And yes, just go ahead and forward this to the franchise owner. They need to know that they stand on thin ice with the whole town at any given moment, everyone except us would rather go to McDonald's anyway, so it would be best to AT LEAST make the food correctly.

  The food was terrible the hamburger was very salty the shake was super watery and had no flavor and to top it off when I had asked about the hamburger and shake to be remade I was told that it’s the way it come and there’s nothing wrong with it and nothing that could be done about it so very rude and unprofessional

  Food is okay but the biggest thing for me is sitting in my car waiting and have to hear rap music with a bunch of cussing and inappropriate things. That's not what I want my child to hear.

  Every time we go by there Ms. Tracy is there she's the sweetest . Our order is on point sometimes she's there all by herself running back and forth trying to get to everyone . this sweet lady needs a pay raise.
