  We ordered Wingstop online because we’ve had the chicken before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this time my kids and I were very disappointed. The chicken was extremely dry and flavorless, and it didn’t look or taste fresh. It was nothing like what we had before. I hope Wingstop can improve the quality because we really enjoyed the food in the past.

  I am completely shocked at the service I got while I was here. When ordering my food, the gentleman had his back completely to me and didn't even touch the screen to take my order until I told him that was all I was going to get, he was also mumbling the whole time and I could not hear him, I am not and old person or someone with hard hearing so for me to not hear him is insane, he then turned around and I could immediately tell he was high off his mind. I usually don't leave reviews because I'm not a confrontational person, but I can't just sit here and take this disrespect. When ordering my food, I specifically asked for boneless wings, and when I got my food I left and went home. I was so excited to eat the wings but was immediately disappointed by the fact that they were bone in. I called up there and was told they were going to make my food and to come up there to get it. When I arrived they asked where the previous food was, I told the employee that it was at the house, he then told me that I needed to bring the food up there next time, I'm sorry but what do you mean next time, there should have never been a first time. When I got my food they didn't even give ranch for their mistake. I also watched another customer get completely ignored, they said excuse me around 15 times, my friend got sick of them being ignored and started saying excuse me louder for the customer, I even watched an employee look directly at him and ignore him. So I'm shocked that y'all are still in business. For me to spend 17 dollers that I work hard for at my own job with customers that I actually treat properly and am not high at, is absolutely ridiculous.

  It took 25 - 30 minutes to get my order out, and even then it was completely wrong. The worker taking my order was high. I literally told him my name and spelled it for him and he still spelled it wrong. When taking my friends order he had his back completely turned towards her, and didn’t actually take the order until she said that will be all. When I called about my order and told my name they said I would have to come back up, when I did come back up, he asked me where the previous order was, I told him there at the house, he then told me that next time I needed to bring them up here, I then let him know that I was not informed of that when I called. This man then decided to say “Next time bring them up here with you to make sure we are not getting scammed” I’m sorry, what do you mean next time, there should not be a next time. We waited 15 minutes for my food to come out correctly this time, and while we waited the workers just stood around, talking about taking food home. I am absolutely astonished at the customer service here. I hope those workers get fired.

  Their app requires you to agree to arbitration just to order wings. Like bro, I want to eat wings; I don’t want to give you the right to poison me, steal my money, and do whatever you want to have some corrupt arbitration hold you accountable. Anyone that forces arbitration on people is clearly corrupt.

  Gave me 4 itty bitty little baby wings on my FIVE boneless wings. Never been disrespected like this before.
