  They took a bite of my chicken nugget may of 2026 gave me my money back but definitely dont eat there someone is messing with people's food

  This location is just horrible every single time we go they never get the food right last time they gave us no chips with cheese and then the next time we went they gave us chips and cheese but something we didn’t even order and my cinnamon twist didn’t even have cinnamon or sugar on them just tasted bland get it together

  This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I placed a DoorDash order, and after waiting 45 minutes, the driver texted to say the food still hadn’t even been made. I called the store twice and was told they were “making it now.” Another 15 minutes passed, the driver gave up and canceled, and then the store had the nerve to message saying they were “waiting on someone.” Completely unacceptable. At that point, I had no choice but to drive to the store myself, an inconvenience that should never have happened. When I arrived, I was met by a teenager at the window who was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. I explained the situation and simply asked for the food to be remade fresh, since it had been sitting for over an hour. He flat-out refused. I asked for a manager and waited another 10 minutes. When the manager finally showed up, he acted surprised and said, “Who said we aren’t going to remake it?” I pointed to the employee, who then got visibly upset. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you don’t want to do your job, then go home. Don’t waste other people’s time and money. Between the incompetence, the attitude, and the ridiculous wait times (including the drive-thru), this location is a complete disaster. Management should be embarrassed that this is the standard they’re allowing. I will not be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and inconvenienced.
