  Ordered tonight- we use them often. Something is always missing. Tonight- no breadsticks. Tried calling , it goes to a call center where they LITERALLY CANNOT HELP DO ANYTHING. I do not know what their purpose truly is. They said the store is busy. But they cannot remake my order- they will not make a new order. They cannot send me missing items. They gave me a corporate number to call- they closed at 5 pm. They took my $50 gave me half the stuff and told me I’m out of luck. RIDICULOUS.

  I’ve reached the point where I can’t rely on this Pizza Hut location anymore. They consistently get my order wrong — missing items, missing drinks, or the pizza made incorrectly — and it’s happened three separate times. When I try to get it corrected, they say they’ll “save a discount” under my phone number, but I can’t use it in the app where all my actual rewards are. Trying to call in to use the discount is another dead end. The call center always says the store isn’t accepting phone calls, so I’m stuck in a loop with no way to redeem what they promised. They also direct you to the corporate line, but I’ve never been able to reach anyone who will actually speak to me. It’s the same cycle every time: wrong order, no resolution, and no accountability. This location needs serious improvement with management and showing their team and customers what service really looks like.
