  It's McDonald's, nothing special, they were busy and still got everything done correctly and in a decent amount of time.

  Their food and quality isn't bad, the TRAFFIC is horrendous though. One of the only ways to reach it is through an all-way stop that is regularly backed up, especially from 3-7pm. The road construction near there also makes it a pain. I'd just not recommend going there, or to anywhere else within that all-way stop fast food-wise.

  Whoever the manager is on Sunday's should be fired. Two Sunday's in a row during breakfast hours, we have been shorted on our hashbrowns. Got home the first time and all 3 hashbrowns were missing. Went to pick up our breakfast the 2nd Sunday, and I had the person wait at our car to see if we had hashbrowns. Nope! All 3 missing again. He watched us check the bad and I showed him. I told them we should get 6 hashbrowns now, because that twice paying for them. He went back inside a quickly brought out 3. I told him to tell the manager that we are not happy and upset with management. Similar thing happened before in the past. The manger (female) is rude to employees and shows no compassion to customers. The are busy and don't have time to deal with customers that have their orders messed up. I would rather wait longer and have my order correct. Lady, don't blame your employees, because you are the one that trained them.

  Went there yesterday morning for breakfast and had to wait 45 min to get our food and go inside to ask about it then that night we went back because well shift change we figured they cant screw it up again wrong we put our order in at 9:33 I go up to the counter at 9:50 to see whats going on other ppl ate getting there food well the worker had to look our order back up because they had cleared it amd said we're working on it 9:55 food comes o u t and I go to the counter to get it and I said let me get a few pies for having to wait 30 min for my food and the worker gets an additude with me and is like no I was like ok ill just make another complaint on yal and as im walking away he said do I have a problem so I turned around and said I can make a problem amd then I start asking for the manager since this 20 something year old kid at work is starting problems she dosent come out so then we look at our food and well well well our fries are missing what do u know so then me and my gf go talk to the manager but the kid who asked if I wanted a problem called the cops on me for them not doing there job in the 1st place so now im trespassed from there because kids dont know how to do a dam job and shut up ill also be calling to find out there owner and find a way to get in contact with them dont go here unless u have an hour to wait for crap

  The drive-thru system at this McDonald’s is extremely frustrating. The whole “pull forward to a numbered waiting spot” setup seems like an excuse to move cars out of the line while they prioritize easier orders behind you. After placing my order, I was told to pull forward and wait in a numbered spot. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and it seemed like my order had been completely forgotten. The only reason they even realized it was because I eventually went inside to ask about it — and even then the food still wasn’t ready. The system here clearly isn’t being managed properly. Orders should be tracked and delivered efficiently, but instead customers are left waiting without updates while other cars continue getting served. I understand that fast food locations can get busy, but forgetting a customer’s order for over half an hour shows a serious lack of organization and accountability. This location really needs better management and customer service.
