  My food was dry, bread smashed and fries cold . Seems like they prepare ahead of time and just serve to whoever comes. Expensive garbage. Sad

  It’s sad. I get we don’t get as much value for our money anymore but this is a deal breaker for me. Just spent $40 at this location to get the most uninterested woman at the front counter (she for sure has no interest in being there or making an even pleasant customer experience) and the smallest and saddest “Double” Beef and cheddar you’ve ever seen. Including pictures here because words don’t do it justice. Won’t be back to this location.

  This location is notorious for serving cold fries and burnt ones mixed in. I was there in 4/726, 8:53p server was Miles. . Order IDAAC9MNLCAAEBS. Order #247. Not happy this trip. DRBoyce

  Make sure you ask at the window if they put the Arbys sauce in the bag. They are incapable of remembering it and will never include it in the order if you don't repeatedly ask for it
