I received a message at 9:06 my order was ready for pick up. I got home my fries was cold as if they had been sitting over 30 mins. I called the restaurant the guy who answered the phone wouldn't tell me his name but he said he didn't cook the fries. I called again the same young man answered regarding my wings which was was supposed to be cajun they were mild. I told him that my wings were not cajun but mild. Once again he said it was nothing he could do about my order. I asked for the manager name he said the manager is not in everyday. I asked for the district manager and her number he said he said he didn't have her number. I asked for corporate number he said he didn't it. I asked how do you work for a company and you claim not to have any information about nothing you're been asked. I'll never spend my money here again if I have to drive to Rockwall verses one less than a mile so be it from me. Customer service is horrible with a bunch of lies.

Then I tasted the fries. Toooooooo salty. The ranch tooooooo salty and the boneless lemon pepper wings again toooooo salty. This is diabetes in a bag. I didn't know the food was that salty. I have high blood pressure and for me, I could not enjoy my dinner. I will never eat at a Wingstop again. Please take some of that salt out...

Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
