App order order comes to the house missing a very expensive milkshake. Call the store to he don’t care demand DoorDash refund it. DoorDash doesn’t offer a refund button their app says call the sonic store. Guess what? I’m throwing this entire order in dispute and never ordering from this scam joint again. Manager doesn’t care could have been solution oriented and sent the missing shake over. Massive customer service opportunity missed Dumb dumb dumb.

They tried to drown me with buffalo sauce, it was like I ordered buffalo sauce with a side of singular nugget and tortilla. They also did not include ONE napkin. How yall OD’d on the sauce but provided zero napkins for when I inevitably spill it all over me since it was dripping out of every crevice of my snack wrap? They lucky I’m fat and have leftover napkins in the car from other drive-thrus, otherwise I would’ve marched in there 😤

This is my second time going to this sonic….. first time it took 30 minutes for a shake to be made…. Nobody was in the parking lot….. we pulled to the drive threw nobody answered the com….. we pulled to the stall nobody answered for 10 minutes ordered 2 shakes and took 30 minutes to come out…. This time we went trying to give them a second chance and ordered a blast and slushie…… they came out with the blast…. But no slushie….. when my husband informed the girl about the slushie she kinda rolled her eyes and said I would see about it… goes into the building and don’t come back for another 10 minutes… I go to the patio screen and ask about my order and the girl that answered said when there’s other things in the screens for make to order it will take a bit longer…. I told her that I was there before the other 2 cars that were in the parking lot and that I’ve worked at sonic many years and it doesn’t take 10 minutes to make a slushie…… she then said she would ask about the slushie…. As I peeked in the door the girl that originally brought out my order was playing in her phone instead of helping her coworkers with orders….. not to mention my slushie is pretty must melted……. do better cause that’s not how sonic is ran….. out the door under 4 not 10…. Will never be going to this sonic ever again….

Worst drive thru experience I have ever had. I always have had good luck except maybe some slow service but this takes the cake.
I pull in to a stall and no one answers the push button, so after 5 minutes and realizing no one else is ordering I pull around to drive thru speaker, still no one answers so I pull up to pick up area and see 2 people inside. A tall skinny white guy is in there with his head down and a young guy is in there cooking. I honk my horn and the cook comes out and tells me he is just the cook but will get the manager’s attention, but the manager just goes to the computer inside and starts taking orders from people that are now at the drive thru.
So no one assists me and I pull around to the drive thru again behind a line of cars. While sitting in the line after ordering, 2 other females employees run from across the street likely getting lunch somewhere. They begin working and everything starts getting served. I asked to speak to the manager once again and one of the females comes out instead of the supposed manager and apologizes after hearing my concern and comps my order. But she did state that the “manager” has been ignoring people a lot and disappearing at work. Not sure why she told me that so freely so she must be being truthful.

I want to like this location as it’s closest to me but it’s to the point that I’ll have to try the 66 location or Rockwall because they’re consistently not good. They ALWAYS put everything on top of the chili cheese coney’s which squishes them OBVIOUSLY!! Making all the toppings stick to the wrapper then you just have a hot dog on soggy bread. You HAVE to check your bag because 9 times out of 10 something will be missing and it’s usually a higher priced item. The wait is soooo ridiculous! Maybe they don’t have enough hands in the kitchen? We can’t help that anymore than they can. Say that or something if it’s the case. I waited over 20 minutes for an order ahead order that should’ve been ready 10 minutes before I got there. They forgot 1 of my items, I moved to a stall and they didn’t answer. Moved to the drive thru and they said they’d take care of it. Sat there another 10 minutes waiting for a JR burger…..like something has to give! I had time to eat my Frito wrap (good thing or it would’ve been soggy and inedible too!). Got home finally and my fish sandwich is just a patty at this point. My husband’s burger is sooo soggy from the ketchup and mayo that sat for 30 minutes. It’s just so out of hand as there’s an issue every order places anymore.
