  I ordered a pasta from the app it sat there in received for a hour and I tried to call. Got the call center who after telling me they were transferring me to the store, hung up on me 2 times! On the 3rd time they never answered the phone and I can’t figure out how to cancel this complete waste of time. What a horrible experience! Replace this stores management.

  Ordered online and it was ready right on time. Pizza came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it. Solid value and consistent quality.

  I honestly would have been better off grabbing a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The quality of the pizza from this location was absolutely terrible. The supposedly“hand-tossed” dough was soggy, flimsy, and felt completely undercooked. Every slice collapsed the moment I picked it up. I’ve had better pizza from a gas station. Pizza Hut of Rowlett needs to get it together. If Domino’s or Papa John’s saw what you guys just served me, you’d be the laughingstock of the pizza industry. Complete waste of money! ZERO STARS

  “Toni with an I” can have theses hands after finding out my wife and child was just disrespected ITS Customer service skills and attitude must be addressed. Immediately !!! That thing of a person did Not provide at least bare minimum customer service to my 14-year-old teen ! Such a horrible person
