  When I walked in it took almost 10 min for someone to come to the register and even start my pick up process. The cashier was in such a bad mood and it rubbed the other guests in a bad way as we had to awkwardly look at each other. The cashier might’ve been the manager too? Not sure but she was screaming and hollering that she needed a break when she went to back after speaking with a customer on the phone, and I understand it was 11pm on a Saturday I’m sure no one wants to be working that late, but when the cashier didn’t want to deal with remaking my cinnamon pull aparts even though it was clearly burnt and it wasn’t until I got home that the pizza was severely under cooked. Took almost 30+ min from waiting to be greeted, pick up my pizza and dessert, and paying…an 11pm pick up was almost 11:40 pick up, and I will never be coming to this Pizza Hut again.

  Receive my pizza wrong but I came back and got what I ordered and it was right Miss Andy she helped me real good gratitude

  I had a small issue with my order at Pizza Hut, and Nila was extremely understanding and helpful. She listened to my concern, handled the situation professionally, and made sure everything was resolved. Great customer service can make all the difference when something doesn’t go quite right, and I really appreciate the way Nila took care of me. Thank you, Nila, for making things right!
