- CIChynaMae Ivery3 days ago1.0I’ve come to this location around 3 times and i’ve had an EXTREME wait time on food each time. I understand they cook it fresh and that’s how i love it but to wait that long and have your order incorrect each time or poor quality of food is unacceptable. There’s no sense of urgency as majority of them move like snails… and to top it all off, I had hair in my food, and there was no apology just grabbing it from my hands and replacing it…. It’s getting to a point where i’m going to bypass this location to go to Mesquite for hopefully better service and quality.

It took less than five minutes to get home. The food was for my girlfriend and myself. The first thing I did was to scrape off the American cheese and replace it with two slices of sharp cheddar cheese. After the first bite I realized they had not seasoned the meat patties with any salt or black pepper. Needless to say the meat tasted like nothing and fries were a limpy disaster. My girlfriend who recommended this place was also disappointed with her order. It was a total waste of $36.00, even a bargain burger at McDonald's is much better. I do have to commend the two young ladies working the counter. Because they were super friendly and accommodating. They were the only highlights of this dinning fiasco!!!
