  I completely understand that today’s BOGO promotion was extremely stressful for the workers, but that does not justify giving customers smaller portions. I paid almost $20 for two bowls, yet the portions combined were basically equivalent to one normal bowl. My brother came in around 4 PM and received completely normal portions, so I know this wasn’t simply a change in serving sizes. I understand being busy, but customers are still paying full price for their food. The BOGO promotion shouldn’t mean receiving half the amount of food. Very disappointing experience. 6pm vs 4pm

  They changed their menu a bit and the food is so delicious. I go at least once a week. It really helps to have the drive thru option when in a hurry and never had a problem with my order.

  Very horrible customer from two management staff at the restaurant. The only individual that showed customer satisfaction was the employee who had to remake the food and even then she had to keep looking up at both managers to make sure she wasn’t being overly pleasant. The quality of food delivered from their restaurant was unacceptable and management acted as if they weren’t going to remake the food. To think food given to a customer in the manner it was given shown in the picture taken is horrendous! However, management continuing to make derogatory comments was u acceptable and then when spoken back in that same manner we and tone get were attempting to do, they didn’t like it and kept going back and forth. Was advised they don’t where name tags for a reason so you don’t know who you’re interacting with, as filing a complaint with customer service wont identify them. This is the second time visiting this establishment and they have rude personnel when try to rectify an issue in person, especially with online orders. Won’t ever visit this location nor give my business to the other Chipotle in Rowlett if this is rhetoric Chipotle allows at their establishments.

  I placed an online order and they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. They told me I was in the wrong place, but I confirmed the address. They didn’t even try to take my order. Obviously, the website is glitching, but they didn’t try to help me at all. Do you want my business?

  Today was my first time at this location! I asked if the counter could be wiped off, and the lady who was serving me asked the other server to do it and they did so quickly and were nice about it! I should have gotten her name, but the black lady that made my burritos wrapped them perfectly! When you find a good burrito wrapper, it makes you want to keep going to that spot! Customer service was great from everyone! I definitely recommend this location! I enjoy good customer service!
