  This is the worst Chipotle ever. I stopped going because the counter where they made the food was always covered in sour cream and stuff they never cleaned. Tonight I really wanted Chipotle and hadn't been into work for over a week where we have great one close to us. I ordered 2 steak tacos. While she was rolling not the normal way to wrap but okay 8 pieces of steak fell out the end. I asked for 8 pieces to be put in a small cup to replace what she lost in "rolling tacos" and she refused said it would be $6. I said no thanks and walked out. I will never go to this Chipotle again (the one by Sprouts) They need a adult manager not these teens who don't care. You lost a customer again over 8 pieces of meat and wasted 2 tacos that were made. Do the math which would have been better business keep a customer or lose the money for what was already made. Check their rating it appears rating 0 stars gives them 4 i updated to show 1 star because they do not deserve 1 let alone 4

  Embarrassing to receive a burrito bowl with 3 chunks of chicken. Looks like overall Google reviews are on point. Go to another Chipotle if you want to get the proper serving!

  No greeting from the start. They got my order wrong, then tried to give me the wrong receipt. As soon as I asked for a manager the two front girls ganged up on me when they were in the wrong. The girl that took my order looked so stoned and acted so slow and I had to repeat myself multiple times. As she goes to the back to get my chips I see her take one out of my bag and straight up eating one of my chips and taking her sweet time to come back. Then she comes back and says I owe $20 after I just paid then she says "owe not you" (yeah because your so stoned you don't remember who paid and who didn't). I go back to asked for the recipet and she had a long pile and tried to hand me someone else's recipet like I wouldn't notices. As I asked for the manager she gives me straight up attitude and immediately her friend jumps in and trys to defind her. Tried to call as well and guess they could tell it was me and kept hanging up. Probably because she knows she was stoned and didn't want to get in trouble. Will NEVER back again! Pathic!

  They just ignore you when waiting for a pick up order. There more concerned on what there doing. Not a single “give us a moment” or something regarding the wait time.
