  Went through the drive through 4/28/26 for breakfast. Was given 2/3 of a chicken breakfast bowl and 1/3 of a sauage breakfast bowl. Went back through the drive through and asked for a manager. The manager passed off the issue to a subordinate who spoke with the kitchen. Came back and told me that the following was normal portion sized, and how they were trained! Told me that the remake looked similar in portions! Never been to a Chic Fil A that didnt fill the bowls to the top. Dine-in or drive-thru!

  Constant bad service over and over again. Zero urgency from staff ever since this place opened. Always hope it will get better .. never does sadly.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. I ordered a burrito with American cheese, but when my food arrived, there was no American cheese included. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they informed me that they had added extra shredded cheese instead. I explained that I frequently order this without any issues. Unfortunately, the staff member was argumentative, and the manager was unhelpful, even laughing when I requested a refund of the 32 cents for the up-charge on the American cheese. It was frustrating to deal with a lack of accountability and pride in their business. A simple apology and willingness to correct the mistake would have made a significant difference. This is the worst location I’ll continue to visit Rockwall location.

  Terrible experience. I went for breakfast through the drive thru and didn’t notice I pulled into the mobile order lane. I sat there for a second then said “hello?” to get their attention and the employee says “mobile order?”, I tell them no (still didn’t realize I was in the mobile order lane), “this lane is for mobile orders only…”, I apologize and tell them I can just pull around again to get in the proper lane. “Uh… it’s fine, just what do you want?” The employee who took my payment was run of the mill pleasant but he was the only one. The woman who brought out my food ended up spilling my drink on me, in my car, because the lid wasn’t on right and says “oops… sorry, have a blessed day” in a monotone voice. I definitely do not think spilling the drink was on purpose but the sheer lack of hospitality is cringey, at best. This location is a stain on the brand. Go spend your money at the CFA down the road. You’ll get your food faster and far better service.
