The employees are always nice, helpful, and respectful. A lot of them are young high school students working what may be their first job, so they’re still learning—and I think they do a great job, especially considering some of the rude, sexist, racist, and entitled customers they have to deal with. Some people seem to think we’re still living in the 1960s or ’80s and that “the customer is always right” means they can treat employees however they want. These young employees deserve a little patience and respect while they’re learning.

And the chicken in the sandwich had a VERY odd texture. It was like rubbery and not crispy like it usually is. I couldn’t finish it. Then the fries were very cold and hard. I even asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and got honey mustard instead. I don’t know if it’s just this location or Chick-fil-A’s food got worse but I don’t think I’ll ever eat it again.

I casually said, “thanks for skipping me,” she then started yelling some crap at me as I pulled away. Then as I waited multiple cars not including the ones that were allowed to go before me got their food before me. I waited for an eternity used up my entire lunch break waiting. Not ever coming back, not even for a coupon or whatever don’t bother.

I’ve jokingly called the store while sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and asked to speak to the manager just to complain about how long the drive-thru was taking. 😂 Other than the 5 o’clock traffic jam in the drive-thru, the employees are always nice and the food is… well, it’s Chick-fil-A. You already know what you’re getting! 😂
- SSSabrina SmithSep 10, 20263.0This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located near my house, but unfortunately, the wait times are incredibly slow. I have gone through the drive-thru four times now, and every single time, my food has taken about 30 minutes from the time I place my order to the time I actually receive it. The line often barely moves. It appears that they get about six cars through every 10 minutes, but then there are times when the line will completely stop for 10 minutes and no one moves at all. People will often get frustrated and leave the line because of how slowly it moves. On top of that, every few cars, one vehicle seems to get pulled forward to wait for their food, which adds even more time to the process. Overall, the entire drive-thru process just feels very disorganized. Chick-fil-A is known for being fast and efficient, but unfortunately, this location seems to be the exception. If you come to this location, be prepared to wait for your food. The only reason I’m giving this location 3 stars instead of lower is because, despite the lengthy waits, my order has only been incorrect once. Hopefully, they can improve their drive-thru efficiency because the location itself is very convenient.
