- MMMarlon3 days ago1.0I came to pick an order inside the pu area since that’s the option I put on the app. They closed the store before I could go in and made me get in line of cars . It was an inconvenience because I had placed my order in a timely manner to avoid the drive though traffic . Not only that they lost my order … very frustrating experience…… no apologies or explanation very unprofessional!

The food is the same as any other chain franchise so no complaints, but no accolades either. Based on trying the other fast food locations nearby, in this area specifically, this Chick-fil-a is not the number 1 spot to eat. Both in service and food they actually aren't a top contender here. Still worth the buy if you like the food or have a craving for Chick-fil-a.

Go park for one meal.and if you know Rowlett traffic can be crazy.The sandwich wasn't fresh.I honestly thought it was reheated.Then no straw for my drink that was wrong.Today was not a good Chick fil A experience.

I waited 20 minutes and everyone else that ordered after me on the app had already got their food. I went to ask about it and they looked up my order in the system and the lady there said to me they are looking for my sandwich. I was able to hear them talk and it seemed like they either skipped over my order or they gave it away and they were trying to get somebody to authorize a recall on my order so they can remake it. The people that were sitting behind us ended up getting my burger, but it wasn’t the complete order so I’m not sure what happened to the order. We talked to the manager about it and we suggested that they should get all four kids an ice cream. For the long wait he says yes will do that. He came back and gave me three complementary chicken sandwich coupon rewards that I can only use at that location. When we ask him, you’re still getting us the ice cream correct he kind of just laughed and walked away. They finally brought our food when we were done. We went up and ordered ice cream with the manager, and he ended up charging us the ice cream so beware of this place they don’t care about customer service I waited 20 minutes and they cooked it so fast that some of my chicken was still raw.

They wanted to eat Chick-fil-A which I always visit the one here on Lakeview Parkway I had a big order which total to about 60 or $70 bucks. Because I know that the order was big when Emma handed me my food, I was attempting to go through the bag and she rushed me out of the line telling me “I insured everything was in there.” I believed her and when I got home, not only was my fries, salty and soggy, but I was missing the spicy chicken sandwich to one of the meals that I ordered for my children. When I called the store to speak with the manager, Stephanie was very dismissive about the issue. She proceeded to tell me that they would give me my sandwich for free the next time I was buy, but I paid for it so it would not be for free. I am highly disappointed in the customer service that I received today. It was not a quality nor was the food.
