- DHD H5 days ago2.0I am so demoralized by this location. I already refuse to go for Dunkin because it's awful (see separate review) but I thought *surely* they cannot screw up ice cream. No, I was wrong; they can. First visit--which was on my birthday--I ordered a single scoop of ice cream in a sprinkle waffle cone. That's it...that was the entire order. I would have understood if the order had been complicated but it was genuinely one scoop of ice cream! The guy goes to hand me my ice cream and *it's the wrong flavor*. I tell him, and he says he's used the last cone with sprinkles and has to give me a "regular" cone. Not sure why he couldn't just put the correct ice cream in the cone but whatever, maybe it's a health code thing, I go with it because I'm not trying to be difficult. He hands me a single scoop of ice cream in a regular cone...and then tried to charge me for the waffle cone with sprinkles--which was SIX DOLLARS AND CHANGE? For a *single scoop of ice cream*?! Fine, whatever...people have bad days. I go back a couple of weeks later. Order a single scoop of ice cream in a sprinkle waffle cone. I get the correct ice cream...in the wrong cone. No sprinkles. At least it wasn't six dollars (what is even happening here?) Okay, look...I've worked fast food. A single scoop of ice cream in a sprinkle waffle cone is really just not a difficult order. A few weeks after, on a different day at a different time, I go back. Maybe it's a shift thing, right? Single scoop of ice cream in a sprinkle waffle cone. NOPE. Got the ice cream, got the waffle cone...with like fifteen sprinkles on it *but charged for a sprinkle waffle cone* (which STILL wasn't six dollars...) I am so unbelievably frustrated. I really love Baskin-Robbins ice cream; it's one of my favorite ice creams and I have good associations with it. I truthfully do not know how they are screwing this up so badly. I don't want to "just go to a different brand"--when I want Baskin, I want Baskin, not Braum's or Cold Stone or Sonic. Apart from going behind the corner and doing it myself, I don't know how to get my order done properly. Honestly...if you look at the bad reviews...it genuinely does not seem they care. It's really a shame, and I'm really bummed.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
