  I placed an online order at this location for fries. While I was waiting two large families came in and ordered. Somehow their food came out before mine. Not only did it take 30 minutes to get my fries but they also forgot my ranch that I payed 2$ for. Like I’m actually so upset you have no idea

  I ordered online and I never got my food. When I track my order it is saying Wing stop is still preparing my order. It's been over 4 hours. I called the door dash driver who was assigned my order and she said she waited 20 minutes for them to prepare my order and left. Now Wing stop is saying someone picked up my order. I am left with a 50 dollar charge on my credit card. Wing Stop and door dash refusing to help.

  Yeah... Just don't go here. There are so many other WingStop locations. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, even though they let me down on two other locations. Today is the World Cup. THE WORLD CUP!! You would think they would be adequately staffed and ready to handle orders... WRONG! You would be wrong! My order was to be ready at the latest 2:07PM. I got there at 2:28PM to a lobby full of people, a board full of orders, and 3 people in the kitchen working at a sloth's pace. I have never seen such nonchalant workers in my life. I asked the young guy who was trying to manage everything if they realized today was the World Cup. He laughed a little and just said yes. As he was going through the board, I pointed him to my name and asked how long before my order would be finished. He paused and then said in 40-45 minutes. I hit the roof internally, because honestly!! I ordered well in advance, and even showed up late to ensure it would be done. I didn't say anything else. I didn't ask any other questions. I didn't verbally abuse anyone. I just left and went back home. Not just because of the time, but seriously... To see all of the orders that needed to be prepared and to see workers dragging like they were... It was just maddening and sickening. I hope when I go back my order is ready. I also hope it's correct. I had a pretty large order, and we're sitting watching the game hungry. Oh well... Right now, I'm just on here to ask you to go somewhere else. For the love of God, don't come here. I don't think I have ever been this disappointed with an establishment, and again, this is their third time disappointing me. This time has just been the worse.

  The staff are always friendly and the restaurant stays clean. However, I am giving them 2 stars because the food is always horrible. I have given them five times to get it right because I love Wingstop. Although I always ask for well done wings, my wings are always undercooked and rubbery. The fries never have seasoning. I like the staff and atmosphere, I just wish they learned how to properly cook the food.

  A simple "i apologize...let's redo the order and or what is missing from your order"...would have been suffice.. But instead they took the order back and refuse to return our money. More than half of the order was missing. Clearly we should have read the reviews because this is the norm. Dear management might I suggest retraining of customer service and make sure staff knows how to count and be accountable. And accusing customers of stealing should not be a regular practice and part of your mission statement. P.s. does anyone have the number to buffalo wing wings.
