Great Southern breakfast, out fast, with enough Benedict options to make you reconsider your usual order, plus breakfast alcohol for those who believe coffee is the boring choice.
The surprise winner was the house cheese grits. Our table contains several grits skeptics, and all we agreed they're a can't-miss.
Also, shout-out to Yo, our server, who was fantastic, went above and beyond, and somehow survived our complicated orders with both competence and good humor.
Came here to treat my niece to breakfast because the first time we came it was a great experience. Today we walk in get sat immediately and then proceed to wait 20 minutes for our waitress ( she had space buns) I had to flag down the hostess to ask where my waitress was and she went around the corner to get her. She was talking with one of the bus boys I waved at her to let her know we were ready and she walked on over to one of her other tables first. We just got up and walked out and will never be back. Absolutely horrible.

I had a really nice brunch experience at The Toasted Yolk Cafe. Everything I ordered tasted good, and the service was great. Our servers were friendly, attentive, and especially helpful when it came to answering questions and helping me decide what to order.
The atmosphere is a little more generic than I expected and it was fairly loud while I was there, so it may not be the place if you're looking for a quiet, cozy brunch. But overall, the food was good, the service was excellent, and I enjoyed my visit. I'd definitely come back and try some other things on the menu!
I had been to The Toasted Yolk a few times: once with my dad and once with a friend of mine. But this particular day, my family and I came, and got to bring my mom and brother, which was a special treat. Despite them being extremely busy (a testament to their great food and wonderful service) the atmosphere was still personable and welcoming. Our server, Yo, made us feel right at home and helped us choose the perfect meal (which, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu truly). She was attentive, warm, friendly, and helpful all the way through our time there. If you plan to go, be sure to ask to be seated in section! She'll take great care of you.
We're traveling, and after seeing good reviews, figured we'd try it...and it couldn't have been a worst experience. First, my kid finds a bread bag clip under his quesadilla (no pic...) I ordered the West Coast Arnold (pictured) AND IT WAS COLD. Avocado, tomato, turkey, bacon, poached egg and chulula ranch sauce. Turkey and bacon tasted like they just pulled it out of the walk-in (yes, that cold) and the poached egg was more like a hard boiled egg. The hash brown casserole was lukewarm at best. Now, having never been here, I had to ask if it was supposed to be served cold. Manager said no, and was shocked to see the bread bag clip... eventually talked to the General Manager, who did profusely apologize for the bad experience and offered a $25 gift for a future visit, but assured her that probably wouldnt happen...and to the family with the 3 boys, you are welcome for the gift card.
