The staff is very kind, they were the best part of our experience.
The food is OKAY - not something I'd recommend or return for - the sauce:crepe ratio is slim, the drinks taste below par, the croffle & waffles weren't crisp.
The food pictures on the menu are misleading representations of the dish. The unexpected highlight was the side of seasoned potato bites that comes with omlettes.

Loved this place! This is my second time back and my daughter and I love it! The Nutella crepes and coffees are wondeful! My daughter's favorite color is yellow and she loved the yellow chairs! Definitely will be back!
Stopped by The Crepe Lab for brunch and had a really enjoyable experience. I tried the Chicken & Waffles, wings, Dubai Chocolate Crepe, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The coffee was great too. I liked that they have more than just brunch options, and the service was friendly. I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu.
I don’t even know where to begin. It was such a disappointment! I don’t know who is leaving these ratings but my food was the worst food I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Possibly ever.
I got the chicken pesto crepe. My plate was covered in oil! The salad dressing was just a bunch of oil and was inedible. The pesto left oil all over the plate too. The chicken and pesto were only on top of the crepe and the chicken was that really gummy kind. There was nothing inside the crepe and the crepe was super pale. It was borderline cooked.
My friend got the California crepe which is salmon, sour cream, avocado, and horseradish. Their crepe was undercooked. And it had about a 1/3 cup or horseradish on top. Straight horseradish. There was more horseradish inside and a ton of capers. It was completely inedible. Their side salad also was just a bunch of oil.
And the staff was not washing their hands enough. I watched one person blow their nose then make a drink for someone. Another person was typing on their computer and scratching their head then grabbed a plate and brought it to a customer. There was also music BLASTING in there so we couldn’t talk.
If you're looking for a breakfast spot with great crepes, give this place a try. I usually head to the Domain whenever I'm craving crepes, so I was excited to see The Crepe Lab open closer to home.
We ordered the Chicken Florentine Crepe, Ranchero Omelette, and Almond Crepe. I'm not quite sure what my husband was thinking when he ordered the omelette at a crepe restaurant... he wasn't very impressed with it. It was decent, but it couldn't compete with my Chicken Florentine Crepe. The chicken was tender, and the creamy sauce paired perfectly with the crepe. The only downside was that the side salad was a bit overdressed with oil.
The Almond Crepe was delicious. The combination of coconut flakes and chocolate reminded me of Lamingtons. I would have preferred a darker, less sweet chocolate drizzle, but it was still very enjoyable.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We'll definitely be back to try more of their menu!
