  My family and I came here for lunch this afternoon, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee taking our order repeatedly made mistakes. When I ordered kids’ meals, I was incorrectly charged for medium drinks instead of the drinks that come with the kids’ meals. I politely asked her to correct it, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, she became very disrespectful and argumentative. She continued making errors with the drink charges and even used foul language toward me over an issue that was caused by mistakes in our order. I was completely shocked by the attitude and language used in front of my family and children. At that point, we decided to leave rather than continue dealing with the situation. This location needs to do a better job training its employees on customer service and professionalism. Mistakes happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for speaking disrespectfully or using foul language toward customers. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for my family and me to decide that we will not be returning to this location.

  Went to the sonic off Louis Henna and the 130 toll, we sat on the pull around drive through for more than 10 minutes and no answer or acknowledge us. Then pulled around to a stall and waited 5 minutes there to order and no one acknowledged us there. What an inconvenience it was and such a let down. I truly hope this location gets more people to provide the service customers are expecting.
