  Ordered food online and payed. Turns out they were closed even though the app said they weren’t. Took my money and said there is nothing they can do about it. Sonic is never seeing a single penny from me again!

  Never been anywhere this consistently bad. A lot of it is the tricks the night and weekend employees get away with. Not answering the drive thru. Not answering the phone. Literally hiding from customers. Pretending they don’t see customers waiting to order. Extremely long wait times even when they are not busy at all. Orders that are often wrong and/or missing items. Food often coming out cold and soggy. Poor quality sometimes disgusting food. Closing long before the posted operating hours. I can’t imagine how long their work shifts must seem with the hours dragging on so slowly because they must be having such a terrible time avoiding and sometimes having to actually deal with the customers for whom they seem to have such utter contempt. I wish they would all just leave so we could get our neighborhood Sonic back and be able to just stop by anytime and grab a yummy meal or a tasty snack. Instead, coming here is often an unpleasant even upsetting ordeal that I almost always regret.

  They close at 11 not 12 even though it says 12 on google, maps & DoorDash and you have to wait for it to be refunded bc they will not take your order. the milk is spoiled bc they’re not cleaning their equipment or checking expired items… but it’s probably because y'all hire a lot of young people so they won’t expect such a high wage. I can’t blame them. Management needs to do better

  Just waited an hour like an idiot for my order that never came. But they did make sure to serve 6 people who showed up after us and the people in the drive through. I'm the idiot for sitting there and wasting my time and gas money. I need to get a refund ASAP

  Worst Sonic in existence! I have ordered there more times than I wanted just because it's close to the house and convenient. I keep thinking the service will get better, but it never does. That would be 6 years of consistently slow and bad service. I had them mess up an order today for the last time. Do not spend your money here. Just drive 5-10 mins down the road.
