  Ordered on the website to get the hello kitty toy. Got there, went through the drive-through and got my order. They forgot my strawberry horchata and didn't get a toy. Circled back through the drive-through and was told they couldnt make the horchata. They told me to choose something else, so I asked to wait while I think. Had to wait 30 minutes before I could tell them (food got cold, but didnt want to eat it to prove order). Sadly, I had to pay for the new drink, so I paid for the nonexistent horchata. The good thing is they gave me 3 hello kitty packs (I only ordered 1 wacky pack) as an apology and the employees were very nice! I did order about an hour before they closed, so I could understand the mishaps.

  I always wait 5-10 minutes for one drink around the time they open, but i’m the only car in the lot….🫠

  I placed an order and then the screen froze when it was time to pay, so my order was canceled. I pressed the red button to reorder and was told that they were having issues with the outside card payments and that someone would come to me with a card reader when they bring my food. I waited for about 30 minutes and nobody came.

  Leaving this review for a carhop I encountered, Samuel. His pleasant attitude is worth recognition. Judging by the 30 seconds it took to bring me my food, I can tell he is a genuine person. His tone of voice and demeanor speaks volumes! Keep being you Samuel!
