  Service at this location is absolutely horrendous. They take forever to answer even if you are the only car in the parking lot, and once they do the gentleman is usually short, rude, and not paying attention to the order your giving. They will update the status on the screen to say that it has been delivered while they continue to work on it in the kitchen leaving you sitting for 5-10 wondering where your food is. I used to work at a sonic so I know why they are doing this but seriously. Once in a while you get lucky and get a cook that actually takes pride in the food they put out but generally you are left regretting going in the first place. This is a pretty steady trend, I don't generally leave a negative review based on one experience. Safe to say we will be making the extra drive to any other location from now on.

  Twice I have come to this location to order drinks, and twice I have ordered Diet drinks. BOTH times I have gotten sugar drinks, I am a type 1 diabetic, my blood sugar after a sip spiked to almost 400. You are going to kill someone by doing this. High blood sugars cause blood clots and can kill people sometimes those people are elderly and children. I am considering contacting a lawyer and seeing what my options are. I worked in food service off and on most of my life, there is NO excuse for tampering or not listening to dietary restrictions. So sick of the negligence of self centered people!!

  The only sonic where the food is GOOD AND HOT and fresh. I come here for breakfast and little snacks all the time. Reminds me how they used to be. Whoever is in management, keep it up!
