  Was in town for a work conference and came here two nights in a row with a group of 10. It was around 3 hours each time, since we were such a large group. The service was great, they made sure we had enough apps and drinks before the main courses arrived. Food was good and hot, tasted great. It was a good experience both occasions. Would recomment

  Horrible service. Extremely long wait time during slow time for pick up order. Once order was completed it sat on the counter and no one notified me. I had to go check again with the staff and there it was sitting on the counter. Sat enough time to go luke warm. Waited at least 25 min.

  We celebrated my mom's 77th birthday last night at the Round Rock location, and we had the best waiter, John! John was kind, patient, and friendly. He was on top of it! Refills, checking in on us, and engaging in conversation. He was impressed with my homemade carrot cake! Thank you, John, for making my mom's birthday dinner special!

  Wow! Such a great dinner! My husband and I both had the Steak/Ribs combo with salads and potatoes. Truly an excellent meal. Felt like more of a higher end Steakhouse. Price for 2 people with full meals was only $75 which was amazing!

  All in all, a nice experience. I ordered the cheese burger with the flash fried green beans, French fries, Mac and cheese, and the cheesecake for dessert. The flash friend green beans were truly the highlight of the meal. They had a great flavor and texture from tbe unique cooking method. The fries were fine and the mac and cheese was pretty bland but, overall it was passable. The most disappointing part of the meal, was the burger by far. While I understand that burgers are not the primary dish of a steakhouse, I usually associate places with good quality beef, being able to produce a nice burger. I was, however, very wrong. My burger was incredibly dry, and what I can only describe as very extra well done. A slight flavor of burnt and little to no moisture. As if the poor thing were forgotten on the flat top. Food aside, the staff were absolutely top notch! Our server was funny, kind, and kept our glasses full! The facilities seemed clean and well maintained, no complaints there! All in all, I would recommend Saltgrass just dont go here for the burgers or Mac and cheese haha!
